Pros:The staff there is amazing. They make things a whole lot better and remember you. My butler was amazing. The food was pretty good. I would come again.
Cons:The property is old. It really needs to be renovated. We had the lights go out on us. But the fixed it quickly. We also.had a few leaks here and there that were fixed too. But the whole property should be renovated.

Pros:Spa. Expensive, but good.
Cons:Worst hotel experience of my life. My GF and I invested $800 in a weekend, that was a nightmare. Rain flooded the hotel and water stopped running. Hotel staff didnt care, we couldunt use toilet, I couldnt shower for 2 days. No reimbursement. Air conditioner was out cause it runs with water. I left early, not one penny back. Pool was mudded, no one could shower. Wow, please please choose another hotel. No one cared... im still suffering from a disgusting experience.

Pros:Good was good (besides Italian place), staff very friendly, very open so I was able to be social, and they also had quite areas
Cons:Room was very hot and took a while to cool off because our fan wouldn't work. Also, The English of most of the staff is pretty poor... Only a select few could talk decent English.

Pros:The place has a lot of potential but if you want to relax the next months would not be the time to go there.
Cons:We reserved and paid for a “swim out” room but when we arrived they didn't have one available. We received a room on 2nd floor at the end of the building with a view of a white wall in front of us. They told us we can’t receive a refund since we reserved the room via a travel agent. I guess all is fine till you have a problem. Even when they admit they made a mistake, they will be very polite but basically do nothing!!! Just keep repeating they're sorry.... The whole Diamond club building is now in the middle of a construction site. They are working 24h and at night it’s much worst. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep. We left after 2 days. They ruined our vacation. We’ll never return to this hotel. There are so many others in the area...

Pros:Place was beautiful , spa was amazing, the staff was great, the Food at the buffet was good. Beautiful rooms.
Cons:The food could be better. The wait for the restaurants was long. If you were a diamond club member you had a better experience which I did not like especially if it's "all inclusive". Members could reserve times for dinner but non members could not. A lot of older people and couples which made the experience a little boring if your young. The played music for like an hour or 2 at the pool which was also corny.
