Pros: Location is really excellent! Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. Comfortable room with good AC. Shower worked well and there were plenty of lighting options. Good value for price paid.
Cons: There was a sizable gap underneath our main door and we didn't have a do not disturb sign (we could've asked). Also, even though we were checked in the front desk somehow assigned our room to someone else... while we were in it napping.
Could do better
Pros: The location is perfect . Right downtown and they have free parking.
Cons: They insist on checking you in at 3 pm, everything else is an early check in and they charge you 25$ for it!!
The hotel was empty when I arrived , it is not possible , that the rooms were not prepared as they say!
The matteres was so worn out, almost like sleeping on bare springs.
Pros: The staff are nice. The location is great.
Cons: My bed had a very old and worn out mattress.
Pros: Staff was nice. Enjoyed the experience. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
Gross
Pros: Location to good restaurants and venues was ideal.
Cons: The bed was horrible. The blankets had holes in them. The room was musty. The shower wouldn't get hot. There was mold on the wall. The overall room was tiny. The hallways smelled like weed.
Pros: Moderate price for downtown. Thank you for having smoking rooms.
Cons: Ice machine broken. No soap in lobby restroom. AC in room not on when I arrived. Wrong coffee packets for in-room coffee maker. Incomplete set of towels. "KEEP OUT" signs on doors quite tacky.
Gross
Pros: this place was a bust. the best thing was the location to the wonderful city of raleigh, north carolina
Cons: Mold in the bathroom, smell of marijuana in the halls creeping into our rooms, the front desk clerks, the paper thin walls, the urine-colored stained towels in the bathroom
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Forgot shampoo, creaky bed.
Air conditioning broken! So hot and noisy!
Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean room. Polite and friendly staff at check in.
Cons: The air conditioning said it was "on" in our room but it never got below 79 degrees F (just a couple degrees cooler than outside). And it wasn't just our room- the hallways were so hot and muggy it felt like an indoor swimming pool (no- there is not one on premise). The WORST part was the horrible random banging and clanging noise the air conditioning made through the night... Constantly woke me up. To be fair, we did not bother to complain to the management, so who knows how they might have handled it. They might have been able to move us to another floor or something but we were exhausted and never gave them the chance to try and make it right.
