Pros: Decent hotel with good hot breakfast. Good location
Pros: very convenient close to most places of interest and rooms were comfortable
Cons: don't like the entrance and have to be more careful with the linen in room, had a visible stain . When traveler arrives to hotel no real exit you have to come out thru same entrance and it's very narrow.
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the place was clean.
Cons: We went during a snow storm and it caused a bit of hassle for us during the stay. We had free breakfast vouchers but breakfast was cancelled due to the snow (I'm assuming chefs/waiters couldn't get through snow to work). They didn't offer any recompense except small packages of dry cereal. Also, it was a bit difficult to find in the snow (Not their fault but it's good to point out).
Pros: Decor is nice and modern. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good - fresh and well stocked. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had no noise issues at all; every night was a quiet stay. I like the "constant fan" feature of the HVAC unit; I normally sleep with a fan on for white noise so this was a big help! Many hotels don't have this feature.
Cons: It's obviously a converted motel and in some ways it still feels like one. Only two floors, so forget about any kind of view. (I never understand this about Redmond hotels - the town is surrounded by mountains!) Our view from the second floor was of the Burger King next door. Biggest dislike was no HD on the TV! They have HDTV's, but they only show stretched SD programming. This is the year 2016 - I haven't seen something like that in close to a decade. I know Bend Broadband charges extra for HD, so add another dollar to the room charge and include HD.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Even though we were right off the highway, the noise level was very low.
Pros: Receptionist was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Motel as well as room was neat, clean, no frills--such as shampoo, conditioner, clock; but no matter, was just wanting a safe place to sleep for the night.
Pros: The manager seemed a bit more worried about company image then safety of a very young child locked in room next door screaming and pounding on door trying to get out. I should have called 911 which he did after putting child thru more stress than require. Long story short, child goes to grandma and mother goes to jail. Next time always call911!!!!!!!!
Pros: The guy out front playing the ukulele.
Pros: Liz at the front desk was an angel and the biggest help ever
Cons: Hot tub was a nasty murky green color
Pros: The hotel is located adjacent train tracks. At 3:18 AM a train come by blowing his horn.
Cons: I will never stay here again. Paid 180 for a dirty room. The whole hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. This hotel isn't worth the stop.
Pros: Rooms were renovated and nice TV with LOTS of channels. Microwave and fridge were a definite plus. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. I will stay there again next time
Cons: Peanuts and debris by the bed including a prescription pill. Still there after the second cleaning. Badly stained chairs. No upgrades to the building or rooms. This place is going downhill unless someone cares about it and is investing for the longterm.
Also, no ironing board available.
