Pros: Very beautiful hotel with a great history. Ground floor room with a patio right on the water. Rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Definitely worth a night. Breakfast was very extensive and satisfying.
When visiting Faskrudsfjordur, Fosshotel Eastfjords is a great choice to consider. You can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or wind down at the end of the day with a drink from the bar/lounge.
A great choice for a stay in Faskrudsfjordur, Hotel Bjarg features a nightclub. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the indoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a spa tub, a sauna, and a children's pool.
Cons: A lack of electrical appliances - hair dryer, kettle etc.
Cons: To expensive for this hotel.
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The breakfast was poor, the room was old and not really clean. We expectet more for that price.
Pros: Service was very good. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive to all my needs. The high speed internet was reliable.
Cons: Would like to have a coffee maker in the room
Pros: Friendly personnel and friendly owner; dinner in the restaurant was good, the owner is the chef and he prepared an excellent meal with salmon.
Cons: Compared to what you get and where this hotel is located - totally middle of nowhere and outside the holliday season - the price is quite high. It is not luxurious which one might expect at these room rates.
Cons: Bad staff, not interested, we will never come again
