8.5 Excellent
Pros: It was our first time to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We normally stay at La Quinta because they are pet friendly. Since there was no La Quinta, I research other pet friendly hotels in the area. This one came up with the best ratings. When we arrived, I learned that they required a $20 per pet non-refundable fee. This was the highest priced hotel in the area and to add another $40 just because we have 2 well behaved small dogs was ridiculous. I have to say, that the desk clerk when we checked in was very nice, put us in a room to further accommodate our pets (close to the pet yard) and waived the pet fee due to my protests. He is a great asset to that hotel. The breakfast is great and much better than any La Quinta in which we have stayed. Obviously, the Holiday Inn Express is a bit more upscale from what I was used to with La Quinta. They don't need to add the pet deposit. I would switch quickly if that was the case. I hope Holiday Inn Express will consider the amount of business they could get if they would do so. This hotel was not very busy, and I suspect they could have done much better with a changed pet policy. Otherwise, a great hotel in an otherwise non-interesting part of Utah.
Cons: We were placed in a handicap room since it was closest to the dog area and not going to be used. The shower head kept sliding down making it almost impossible to take a shower without holding the shower wand. I put in a work order and they were going to get on it right away.

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was perfectly clean. It's located a short walk from a gas station and a few fast food establishments which is convenient. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and many guests were enjoying it.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great room, comfortable beds, nice decor, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, easy on-off from the interstate. A great value for the money.
Cons: Guests in room above with running, jumping child until almost midnight. Front desk did what it could and kudos to them, but some people (referring to guests with child) are apparently unable to control small children,,, how sad. NOT the hotel's fault and we were happy with our stay.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: It was just a little too expensive for what it was.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stay at many Marriott hotels in my business and leisure travel. I must say that this one in particular stands out. The staff went over the top in customer service. Our room was prepared in advance to avoid feathers. this might sound trivial if you're not highly allergic to feathers. The breakfast had a much better selection of items including gluten free options., grab and go refrigerated items.
Cons: Nothing negative can be said.
7.7 Good
Cons: Bed size not as advertised and no roll-away for kids
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, cleaness. Love it!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fine. We were travelling cross country and there for only a short overnight and used none of the facilities other tan the room. No complaints..
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was great... $90 for a room that should have been $50. No extras or bells and whistles
Cons: The tiny shower/tub
9.7 Excellent
Pros: While the building itself is kinda old, they have done a pretty good job of updating the rooms and facilities. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. It was close enough to the highway to expedite getting back on the road, but not so close that you could hear cars driving by all night. To top it off, the continental breakfast was outstanding. There was a huge selection of hot and cold foods. I'm definitely staying here again next time I'm out that way.
Cons: The price was a little steep considering Richfield isn't very big. Plus the age of the building is apparent when you walk down the hallways or around in the room. You can hear the floor boards creaking.

Pros: Comfortable good breakfast
Cons: We heard every footstep up stairs
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Could not hear plumbing noise from other rooms - nice. Quiet room until the early risers get going. Hot breakfast included was good. Very clean.
Cons: No mini fridge; the doors to the rooms slam shut when closing causing other doors down the hall to vibrate, not great at 6:00 a.m., when the early birds get up; and the sliding shower door wouldn't stay on the rail ...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was generous, the front desk staff was exceptional, assuring us about safe parking for our road- trip loaded Subaru, and checking us in and out quickly and efficiently. This was a great stop after a 12 hrs. drive!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfort, decor, value.
Cons: I was hoping for a warmer welcome upon arrival. We arrived rather late due to a few set backs on the road. Although it was late, I expect a warm and friendly welcome while arriving at your inn. Maybe inform your guests about services or breakfast after an 18 hour drive?

1.0 Poor
Pros: There was nothing to like about this hotel. Whatever star rating you give this hotel is not worthy of that. For a 3 story hotel it had only one luggage rack that was build in 1902. It is a dark gloomy hotel. In the morning there Is no staff @ the desk
Cons: A breakfast was included. On the menu they state the warning about raw food and then they have the nerve to serve you a piece of bacon that the complete strip is nearly all raw. Ordered over eggs & one came out broken. Menu stated hash browns & were not
10.0 Excellent

5.0 OK
Pros: The a/c worked and the beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was not continental. Instead, they give you a ticket to select a breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast was so bad we couldn't eat it, so huge waste of time when traveling. Room had a fridge, but it was turned off. Mold in shower.
4.0 OK
Pros: The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: The wifi wasn't working. A/c did not work for the first room, too hot. We changed room. Then, we can't control the room's temp, too cold. All personnel encountered were very friendly.

Pros: Quiet area.
Cons: The first room we were put up was not cleaned. I do not blame the desk man, whoever was in charge of cleaning skipped that room and marked it as clean.
5.0 OK
Pros: Fast Wifi, comfortable beds.
Cons: No bar soap in the bath room, stained towels, two decaf coffee packets rather than a regular and a decaf, another guest was able to use their key to open my room's door, crappy free breakfast, coffee was both weak and had grounds in it.

Cons: The bedding hadn't been washed, the bathroom was ice cold, the toilet was broken, leaking and constantly running and we couldn't flush it and the staff refused to fix it until after check out after 3 days and wouldn't move us to another room.

Pros: NOTHING!!!!
Cons: The rooms smelled so bad. The carpet was so dirty I wouldn't walk on it without shoes and the chairs were the same. The bathroom door didn't even fit and wouldn't close. There were holes and paint missing on the walls. To many undesirable people just hanging around outside. even with our vehicle locked I still worried about someone breaking into it!! Don't waste your money at this place!!!
