9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the water, and the walking paths to enjoy the water vuews.
Cons: Dinner was good, but not 4 star good.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and gardens.
Cons: We arrived late at night with our baby, half of the lights in the room didn't work, there were no towels and it took an hour to get them. Next day we told the manager, She just apologized and said she will remember this situation for the future
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great, spacious room; friendly staff; beautiful grounds; delicious meal at the restaurant.
Cons: A little far from Montreal; slightly noisy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, variety of food in the buffet. Staff are very helpful, they let us stay one hour after the check out as requested, and during our stay we had a crib and an additional bed for our kids for free.
Cons: Playground for kids could be enhanced, to encourage visits of families with kids. Food of the dinner menu at the Restaurant could be ameliorated (taste, quantity v/s price).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the views and all the facilities. You get to use the kayak, canoe and bikes for free when you stay at this place. Overall it is worth the price you pay, depending on the season. 150-250/night is very fair price for what you get. Room service is good too.
Cons: I didn’t like the check in. We weren’t welcomed. Checkout was great. It’s all about the staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location the staff the atmosphere Everything is just perfect
Cons: Nothing as such, just that the restaurant should have more global options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient lovation. Nice lake, close to highway EV chargers!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good beds Pleasant breakfast staff
Cons: Located miles from nowhere backing motorway. No shops or transport . Too much traffic noise. Badly designed suite with no windows I bedroom. Limited food choice. No coffee shop. No In house kiosk.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good facility’s.
Cons: There was to much noise from the highway, just 50 meters besides. It is a really crowded hotel with two weddingparty’s on one night, also with a lot of noise from the music. Things that you wouldn’t expect from a five star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a room with a view toward the lake. It was awesome! The hotel offers kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and bikes for free.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Friendly staff that felt sincere. Spacious and elegant room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Discrete A/C. The spacious grounds pleased me most for my morning and evening walks with the dog. Room service in the evening was prompt and food warm and the breakfast buffé did not dissapoint!
Cons: Only thing was the obvious - that it is situated right next to a noisy road. The grounds are so enchanting that one can easily choose to tune out the background sounds.
6.7 Good
Pros: Pretty and convenient location
Cons: I found the decor - gold mirrors and statues-pretentious. The bed was uncomfortable, phone, television and outlets didn’t work.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, reasonably sized. Staff was professional, friendly. Offered toothbrush without issues, when I forgot mine. Hotel is new and clean overall. Dining options 5 minute walk away. Appreciated that there was exercise room (though not perfect- see "what I dont like"), there is also a pool (but looked a bit murky).
Cons: Dining room was outfitted with plastic cutlery and paper plates- never before seen. Dining room itself, though large, was not particularly comfortable- felt like high school cafeteria, rather than hotel room. Exercise room equipment was broken, there were no mats and trash not taken out in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice wide hallways and the room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the floor was quite slippery and my wife had difficulty getting in and out of bed as a result. We also could have used more baggage carts--all were being used when we checked out and there were only 3or 4 to start.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very pleasant and helpful.f
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds. Good free breakfast included.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beds were excellent! The air conditioning in our room was easy to adjust to our feeling comfortable and worked great. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The breakfast choice was not that great. And both mornings of our stay there were way too many screaming kids at the breakfast place. This is not the hotel's fault but we simply like to enjoy our start into the day when it is not that loud.
7.5 Good
Pros: clean rooms
Cons: Location
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean, easy access from parking, staff very competent
Cons: Overpriced.
7.5 Good
Pros: clean, relatively new hotel
Cons: pillows too thick and stiff, lack of decen breakfast, freeway noise
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast could have more selection, like bacon with eggs instead of meat paddie
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good compared to most.
Cons: The location is right off of the freeway near the strip malls. It wasn't a very inspiring location for our sight seeing vacation. St. Annes's near by may have a more charming alternative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best layout of a room we have ever seen!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and both my mother and I loved to have the soft or hard choice of pillows. The pool was incredible and loved that it was salt and not chlorine.
Cons: As it was a new hotel my GPS has me going around in circles. When booking maybe the staff could let people know of this and how to get to the address.

7.5 Good
Pros: This is a very basic motel. It is circa 1960's in decor and motel look. The room was clean and the sheets were clean. The room had a really musty smell but after spraying some air freshener it was ok. It worked for a place to sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was not provided but the facilities to make your own were available. Coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, microwave were available . I knew ahead of time from the description of the facility so I brought my own food and made my own breakfast - no problem.
Cons: There was no comfortable chair as the room was small and setup with a table and 2 chairs for a meal. For the kind of stay I had, it did not matter at all. It was nice to have the table for eating breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Affordable one night stop!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great little gem of a motel tucked away in Rigaud. Friendly and helpful people and spotlessly clean rooms. Comfy bed and powerful air conditioner on a stinking hot day. Recommended.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel and rooms clean.. included breakfast was great, 5 options including french toast, pancakes, eggs... all served fresh by two lovely ladies!
Cons: Only small issue we had was there seemed to be a glich between booking.com and the info the hotel was given with the number of rooms booked on our reservation. Hotel clerk was quite helpful addressing and solving the situation using our booking confirmation info.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice
6.3 Good
Pros: Room was large and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Price included breakfast but staff didn’t show up to open kitchen for breakfast. When we asked for a discount on room, the manager threw $20 at me and basically told me to screw off.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Older model, but it was clean and everything worked. It was 33°C during the day and the A/C kept the room very comfortable for sleeping. Very convenient location for my trip to Montreal.
Cons: There is a microwave and bar fridge but no coffee maker. Missed my morning java. A small drip coffee maker would have been a welcome addition.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to areas
Cons: All fine ❣️
7.1 Good
Pros: Not bad.
Cons: Damp and noisy at night
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Late check in friendly staff
Cons: Room is very dated carpet needs to be cleaned. Owner said they just bought the hotel so it is understandable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The motel was basic , clean, friendly and quiet. The motel is old but it has new owners who are upgrading everything. The location is on the main highway into Montreal but you do not hear the traffic. There is no breakfast or coffee but there are places near by
7.1 Good
Pros: Comfortable and safe night's stay. Not super easy to access, as on divided main road. New owners very polite and happy to have us stay with them.
Cons: The room was fine - motel is under "reconstruction" with new owners. Biggest difficulty is entry to motel and being able to see that from the road.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Old and crusty. Not good at all. Bed hard, sheets worn out lights not working and the list could go on and on.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was good: not too far from Montreal and on a main road. Parking was in an enclosed courtyard. It's a tired old-time motel but decently maintained and pleasant.
Cons: It met my needs.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and provided a quick and easy check in. The property had a bed, TV and bathroom, which was everything we needed! This motel has a lot of character and it’s a good value for outside Montreal.
Cons: The facilities were a little outdated and could have been cleaner.
7.5 Good
Pros: This business was just purchased by the owners, they were doing their best to adapt to the needs of their clientele, they will be raising the quality of the motel during this year. The room was adequate but needs updating and some renovations. Owners are anxious to bring the motel to a higher standard. We needed an overnight stay visiting family in town, it was comfortable and sufficed our needs. Do ask for extra pillows and towels. For smokers, smoking rooms are available. Floors clean.
Cons: we did not enjoy the television as we are used to flat scree LED TVs. Needed large bath size towels and extra pillow. No clock in room nor alarm clock. Needed a switch to turn off lamp more easily.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. It was disgusting
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuff is friendly!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I will never be back here, the carpets are dirty, the mattresses are done, no air-conditioning in the middle of August and you can also hear everything in the hallway through the paper walls
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly & accommodating. It’s good for one night if your are passing through. Not much to do in the area.
Cons: This place needs a major makeover. The whole place needs renovations & fresh paint & all the dirty stained carpets need to be removed. Black out curtains need to be replaced with the thin sheer ones that are there now. No microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. Blankets are super thin. No pool, no place to sit outside like tables chairs for lounging. It’s really not the place to stay longer than one night.
7.1 Good
Cons: I’d chosen the room with a spa bath, through booking.com and there was no spa bath :( The regular bath tub didn’t look clean and had hairs in it.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Since it was a last minute booking we could’int get our money back. But wéve still decided not to stay! The hotel looks like its out off business!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location & very good service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located off the highway on our way to Ottawa. A number of fast food options were located at the same area. The staff were excellent. We were upgraded on arrival to a spa room and had a wonderful spacious room. Unfortunately the night manager had to deal with noisy guests on our behalf.
Cons: We were told that the front doors would be locked at 11pm but a large group arrived around that time and some of them moved into the room next door. You would think they would have some manners at that time of night but they proceeded to talk loudly, run the spa which vibrated loudly next to our bed, play music loudly and call out to each other. Their voices were so loud, it carried down the corridor and through the walls of our room. Finally at midnight, we complained to the front desk who thankfully moved them to another room. However, we could hear them from upstairs above our room now. The staff STILL had to ask them to settle down at 2am! The night manager tried his best and was apologetic but this is just poor behaviour by these guests. If the doors are locked at 11pm, then guests should be advised that they need to show courtesy to other guests at that time too. One towel was so old, it was flaking off as I used it. I reported it and asked the staff to throw this one away.
7.0 Good
Pros: People very nice
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Price and location
7.5 Good
Pros: Water flow in the shower was excellent.
