Pros:Room was spacious and very clean. Beach staff setting up chairs were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons:Hallways, carpet, etc., looked old and worn out. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room because of this. Gentleman at front of hotel was rude. I had my car parked in what appeared to be a check in area and he came storming in at check in desk and said "Is that your car out front?" "You are blocking traffic coming in." His approach was all wrong and could have approached the situation differently." Also, we were put in a room facing the roof and air conditioning or vents from the kitchen. Not the greatest view but I assume we were put there due to booking through a discounted site.

Pros:We liked staying on the beach and having lounge chairs with umbrellas provided. Bongos was a great beach bar. Excellent service with all staff.
Cons:Our room was next to the hotel AC chillers. Our room AC unit was very loud.

Pros:The hotel itself was nice. Not a lot of parking. The room was nicely decorated but the floor seemed like it hadn't been washed in months. We had a great view with a nice balcony but you couldn't sit out there unless you wanted to get blasted with the heat from the air conditioner. The air conditioner that didn't cool the room lower than 73 and would shut off at night which did not make for comfortable sleeping. The 11th floor rooftop lounge was nice. We had really good service and delicious martinis. Bongos has a cool atmosphere but the food and service were horrible and it was very expensive.

Pros:Beach front. Staff was nice. Tile floors in the bedroom and bathroom which is great for cleanup but also makes it easy for bare feet to pick up all the sand and debris that you bring in from outside. Beautiful view from Spinner and Rooftop restaurants which also light up in colors at night. My kids loved the breakfast buffet $16 A/$8 C. Good for the value if you're hungry and like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, grits, oatmeal and cereal in large quantities. Lots of palm trees situated around the back of the hotel partially shading the pool deck during the day and creates a nice setup for weddings. Water at the beach was turquoise and pretty but not clear. Calm waters in the mornings, a little choppy in the evenings. No big waves so forgo the boogie boards unless you just want it as a floating device. Parking was a hit or miss. Nice layout outside for parking and traffic flow but underneath the garage was a nightmare, not ideal for big cars. Good location for walking to other restaurants, stores and entertainments.
Cons:Swimming suit cover up required while inside the hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Nice for small people but tight for big people. Hallway carpet is dated and smelled. Elevator is tiny and right in the path going from the front of the resort to the back entrance to the beach. Lots of traffic jams during peak hours. Swimming pool is small. It's supposed to be heated but doesn't always feel so. No hot tub. Good to have restaurants on sight but food was expensive. Service at Bongos was ok. Super busy so the wait is long. Bring your own umbrella to the beach or you can rent a cabana $25/umbrella $35.

Pros:The Beach and easy access. Bongos is the best and wait staff at Bongos is outstanding!!! Food is wonderful! Spinners has always been a favorite of my family's, all visiting relatives have always taken trips up there for the view. All employees were friendly from top to bottom, very professional, fun and energetic.
Cons:The breakfast buffet went up in price and should at least include orange juice which was 3.50 for a glass. I assumed a beverage such as juice would have been included. The elevators are slow and more computers or a private room with computers would be nice, like the Serata has, which requires a room key for access and has 4 computers, a business center. The gym is low rate and some machines are off balance on the floor. Seems unused and unkept.

Pros:The people at the service desk were excellent. The top floor with the spectacular views were wonderful. The outside bar was romantically set up with live music on the beach was great. Every room had a balcony and all felt like you were at an exclusive resort. Very clean. We arrived at 11 AM and they welcomed us and told us which rooms were available. Alan

Pros:Very dated. Staff is very professional and friendly! (They are doing that right) Property just needs updating overall. Rooms not quiet. Can hear neighbors like they are in your room. Parking is decent, go in the underground garage and take elevator right up to your room.
