8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the property was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. I loved that there was a saltwater pool and a hot tub to swim and relax in. The breakfasts they had were also delicious
Cons: I wish the pool had been a little bigger, or at least got deeper. And a closer mirror in the bathroom for people like me who can’t see themselves quite clearly enough. There was one outside the bathroom, but there wasn’t enough light.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location

Pros: Husband and granddaughter came for the JoJo concert in Lowell . Perfect and far enough away from Lowell to feel safe ( lol ) easy drive from Maine .... and they loved it all from the pool to the staff and their room and breakfast was all amazing !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice new looking large room with kitchen area. Great location for shopping in Nashua
Cons: Breakfast was only just okay. Have had much better in other Homewood locations
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was wonderful. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean.
Cons: IF the breakfast and those working that area had been up to par I would have rated this hotel a 10. We stayed 5 nights and every morning they had burnt scrambled eggs, ran out of coffee, 1/2 and 1/2, cups, fruit or something. Always an excuse, we're just to busy. I asked if there were extra busy and was told no it's always this way. I was not the only one unhappy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location: close to restaurants, the highway, and shopping. Even though we didn't need it, we loved the full kitchen. A complimentary breakfast was offered.
Cons: The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were not. We had difficulty sleeping each night. While we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it did make us both sick with stomach issues after the first morning. The second morning we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere because of the previous sickness.
6.0 Good
Cons: Kitchen floor was dirty
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I like the natural setting . New facilities and decor!
Cons: Breakfast was a mess . I think they didn’t have enough help :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the very first hotel that has a fan over the bed which we absolutely loved.
Cons: The only thing we would have liked to see is more room between the bed and the bureau. You have to wake up the person next to you at night if you have to go to the bathroom because otherwise you would walk into the bureau or hit your foot on the bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Breakfast and breakfast staff were incredibly nice and friendly. We will be back. Thank you so much.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet Near many stores

Pros: The hotel was clean and had a comfy room
Cons: The main reason to book this room over others in the area was it had a hottub. Upon arrival we were told is was out of service and we should have received an email..we did not. She did check with a sister hotel approx 2miles away to allow us to use their hottub but we did not want to be out in cold air and the car to get back to our hotel after..we would have booked that hotel to being with... We requested to be booked their but she said we could not do that...sneaky

Pros: Very clean and updated great location for us outside of Boston
Cons: Had a king size bed which was great but it would be nice to have king size pillows also. Thes reg. Size pillows were very small. 4.3 Okay
Cons: The bedsheets smelled dirty and found bedbug in the bedroom. I checked out the first night and still waiting on a refund for my money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, staff was friendly , pool was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch to our stay as we were traveling out of the hotel early, saved time and money
Cons: When checking in they had given my room way , I ordered a double king bed room , but the attendant who helped made up by giving us 2 rooms with similar accommodations at no extra cost and right next to each other , which helped as we had our kids with us. Ended up being a more comfortable stay. Great hotel overall
7.5 Good
Pros: The room had plenty of six for a family of five. The pool looked nice but we did not go to enjoy it as it was very crowded and had a large family having a gathering at the grill and pool. The room and bathrooms were clean. We had to call down at 11 pm to ask the staff to talk to the teens playing basketball on the court outside of our room to stop and it was taken care of within 5 minutes.
Cons: There was one staff one at 5pm on a Saturday night for check in. And we never saw another staff assisting her the rest of the evening when we went down for a drink and when we stopped for an extra blanket for the pull out couch. She was busting her butt for a very full hotel all alone it seemed.
6.0 Good
Pros: Like the room layout and the comfort of the bed.
Cons: The water never got hot. It was like warm the room was warmer than the water. I spoke to the manager more than once about how cold the water was. They also said they were fixing it. Yet still no change just cold water.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The front desk employees were very nice.
Cons: Upon arrival at 11:15pm, I learned they had no electricity or heat. Since it was 6 degrees outside, I could not stay there. I understand that things happen. They were nice about cancelling but a phone call in advance would have been better.

7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms were very nice and spacious
Cons: A worker was inappropriate towards me by making a comment on my appearance and a party with non-staying members was thrown one night that was very crazy. This party caused the pool to be closed the next day till 2:30pm because of the aftermath which wasn't fair to my kids.

Pros: yes and yes
Cons: nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is convenient. The complimentary breakfast is okay with a better selection than most hotels that offer this amenity.
Cons: The bathroom in my room did not.have grab bars or anti skid in the tub and I did slip and fall. This is a pet friendly hotel and the condition of the furniture in the rooms proves there were furries present. Got sick and tired of all the pot smoking.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was nice and clean the pool at early time was to but after 5 not one of my family and others cut it get in the pool because was food all over the pool inside the water n out very discussing parents were cocking and passing food to the kids inside the pool so that my only complaint I could enjoy the pool how I want it with my kids and family because of that it that was my main purpose of staying there thanks
Cons: Food inside the pool plus not extra towels at my second night not extra blankets at night time when I requested
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Check out time
Cons: They didn't have extra blankets upon request

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The building is cute, the staff is very friendly, and it was a great price compared to many places in this area. I liked that they had coffee available in the morning. and the location was great for a 1 night stopover on the way to somewhere else, With good restaurants and grocery stores close by.
Cons: there were many hairs in my room, in many locations, on the floor, in the toilet, in the shower... that made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness. But I have only stayed here one time, so maybe it was a fluke.

Pros: Very nice and cozy
Cons: Nothing! Everything is perfect
5.8 Okay
Cons: A lot of little details were missed, for example, no room service menu so we had to call and ask for one. Then at breakfast we realized they didn't bring that so we just went out. We asked for a certain amount of towels then half way through my shower we realized they only brought half that amount and had to sit in the shower for 30 mins waiting for another. I brought my kid to the pool and the toys aka noodles were reserved for senior aerobics. We also had a disgusting experience that wasn't the hotels fault but a very large overweight man cannonballed in next to me and my 3 year old who is afraid of water while wearing a very revealing speedo. When I asked him to cool it out he blew his nose directly in the water next to us. Room service was a decent menu but for 2 adults and 1 kid it was $150 (with no drinks). The rooms were approaching $200 per night and was not worth it. I would stay here for more around the 120-140 mark. That behind said I'm not cheap I'm heading to Martha's vineyard and spending $800 a night....just not a great value. The gym though was surprisingly good, probably the highlight of the stay. I stayed in room 514 and the way the room was positioned there was no hall to the door so the bright light was shining in all night....a simple cover at the bottom of the door would help this. Staff was good, some more friendly than others.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfy beds, good housekeeping.
Cons: Bar seemed a little overpriced.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: there was not enough parking in the hotel lot so we were forced to park about 3 blocks away in a very dark lot when we came in at night
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was really comfortable and spacious.
Cons: Our room was located outside the fire pit. It was very noisy until 11. We couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and they went out to talk with people but they didn’t care and kept up their loud drunken obnoxious socializing. The fire pit was in the middle of the back rooms so I imagine it affected everyone who needed to be asleep early. The staff tried, we don’t fault them. The location of the fire pit in the design is really the problem. We won’t stay here again.
4.0 Okay
Pros: it has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
Cons: My family & I stayed at this motel in July 2018. The room was ok. I was not happy to see a person passed out outside in the hallway near my room. I did not feel safe at all at this hotel. I will not be coming back.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel lost power while I was there. In frustration I stayed elsewhere.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the Inn was great, right off of Route 495. The room was as described. The full kitchen was nice but we did not use it for cooking. Next visit we will bring groceries. We liked that coffee was provided, the popcorn was a nice touch too. The bed was comfortable. I like that we had extra pillows in the closet. The suite was clean. It was fairly roomy for the price. I like that it had 2 televisions. Would have been nice if they were smart and we could use built in Netflix or other streaming services. The shower was good, it had good pressure and was clean. My partner commented that she was a little hot but in the morning she was under the blankets once the AC kicked in. The outdoor smoking area was nice for me to enjoy a cigar and talk with my friend. The breakfast was good. I liked the bacon and my partner liked the eggs. Would have been nice to have some muffins but maybe they rotate the selection. The orange juice was pretty good too. Staff on check in were great, allowing us to get in a little earlier than the stated time. Checking out was quick and efficient. This site does have a pool and a hot tub although not open during our stay (early spring). Overall it was a nice stay and a good experience, would recommend to others.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but kids upstairs kind of noisy. HVAC could have been cooler in the early evening for my partner.

Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: The room did NOT have a minifridge or microwave! For the price I paid that is usually standard. The coffee tasted like swamp water! The tub drained slow and was almost plugged. Someone kept knoickibg on our door for the neighbors. No luggage carts available for checkout. We lugged bags and a 3 yr old to the front door. The only positive was a comfy bed.
