I always adored this hotel: Returning to SP it was almost an obligatory stop for us. It is super well located (easy accesss to subway station, market, shopping - all short walking distance), and their Staff are exceptional!! It is always nice to return and meet their excellent Reception team ( concierge, security, vallet service..)most of them have benn there for a long time now and always welcome you like home!! They do make the difference!!
Really sad to notice that the room was not clean as it used to be and tv channel options missing/ not working... . I've communicated this to the reception team, but feel fair on informing here, as price X benefits are not really matching... Also not pet friendly (even on bag not allowed entrance from visitor) while great hotels in SP already adapted to travellers needs... Hope they will work on this soon!!!
