We just prefer a bigger shower area but other than that, it was a good stay.
The shower area is a bit compact, we prefer a bigger spaced shower. They do have a great toilet with heated seats and digital bidet. Staffs are courteous and tries their best to assist in translating places we want to go to in Hangul so we can just give it to the taxi driver. Great stay. Just wishing for a bigger shower area.
Pros:Location of hotel was excellent. Bus stop from Incheon airport stops right in front of hotel. Would definitely stay there again!
Cons:Not clean. Carpet in my room was super dirty. Will not stay again
Pros:There is a shuttle bus stop to airport right in front of the hotel! Staff is very friendly and speaks good english as well.

Pros:I liked the location, which is located in Myeong-Dong.
Cons:They didn't have bottled water. The gym did not an eclytical rider (only tread mills). The gym had a TV but it did not work. The TV in the hotel room was too small, the heater kept going on and the room was too hot. I called the front desk but it seemed they didn't know what was wrong either, although I think they knew there was a problem. The room itself was kind of small but it was okay. However, I felt that the hallways were dirty and it seemed maintenance had not been done regularly. Walls had marks and carpet seemed dirty. The bathroom in the room was below average, a unit that had been installed. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel. I would recommend the hotel to improve the maintenance and the overall quality of the hotel. I would rather pay more to stay at a higher quality hotel. Location was the best part about this hotel.
