I was only there a short time so didn't use any of the hotel facilities. The hotel was very close to where I needed to be and the hotel staff were lovely.

I surprise they give me a room with renovation project is on going next door. Noise, paint smell.... bad experience. Staff is lack of proper training, I don't think it is a 5 star hotel.

Worst service. I'll never stay at this hotel again, and never recommend it to anyone. Reception staff is even worse than 3-star hotel I stayed at Kuala Lumpur. I'd say it's far from 5-star hotel!

Their swimming pool. It was mostly cement and covered. Also they had nothing to drink or eat by the pool.
the hotel is very near to everything, i.e shopping complex, park etc..
The room service was very slow. Our room was not being cleaned in the morning despite having left the "make up room" button on. Had to call twice until they finally came. The food should have more variety for such hotel of this standard.
As a five star hotel, I would like to say that Hilton PJ (only 4 star) can be made as an example
no chairs in the lobby - nowhere to sit whilst waiting.
