Pros: Room was breathtaking, had a corner sweet. It was one of the best rooms I’ve had.

Pros: Very clean and updated. Breakfast was great!
Cons: The parking was horrible. Didn’t know to use card first day. Front desk wasn’t too pleasant when asked. One girl was pretty obtuse. Then the gate in garage didn’t work at all for me with card. Cons: The TV in the room was kind of in an awkward spot not easily viewed from the bed or the nook. Maybe putting it on some kind of swivel would help? Otherwise, can'tt think of anything!

5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel is clean, good house keeping. Large room than similarly priced in the area.
Cons: Front Desk. Being nice to customer is not the same as effective customer service. Hotel wasn't able to fix room heating in my 4 night stay when the outside temperature dropped to below 30 at night. Maybe the Discount did not include heat for the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of the complete facility. Also the staff was very friendly.Oh! That there was a choice of soft and firm pillows. That small attention to detail makes a world of difference.
Cons: The receptionist appearance was very sloppy. Not enough handicap parking for the size facility, that was very disappointing. The room only had bold coffee, and not all TV channels were available that were on room card.

Pros: Hotel employee was amazing at check in. We were displaced from our home due to remodeling and she really made this experience comfortable. The price of the breakfast buffet is reasonable and free for children. Its a nice big buffet with eggs to order
Cons: It took some time to get drinks at the morning buffet if you arrived during peak breakfast time. A tall glass of water was provided for our 7 year old, some of which ended up in his lap. Mac & Cheese Fir kids meal looks like boxed kraft.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet hotel with a very comfortable bed. Nice spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was overpriced in my view, $14 plus tip. Restaurant was also too expensive for this type/level of hotel.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were on the Concierge Floor and it was awesome being able to wake up and take advantage of the breakfast which was excellent!
Cons: We put our check out door card in the lobby drop box and did not know you had to have it to get out of the parking garage. (we self parked) We were told when we checked in we could put in the box in the lobby or the parking box drop off. When we were leaving, my husband had to come back inside (frustrated) and secure a temporary card just to get out after he attempted to leave the parking garage. It made our valet with our luggage have to wait with our belongings twice the time he would have as well as creating a bit of an aggravation for us.

Pros: Very modern and clean, friendly staff. Nice como lounge but was overcharged for one drink, 25 for one blue hawaii?? not sure if someone gave themselves a generous tip but I disputed the charges
Cons: I don't like only a shower being in the bathroom, should have have a bathtub. tile shower not comfortable or inviting at all. The overall hotel is overpriced and should not be over -- even during the holidays, more worth --- at most.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and overall accommodations were excellent. Greeter at check in desk could have been friendlier and it costs $25 to park the car per day. Other than that, perfect spot for us!
Cons: Could have somehow mention that nearby parking garage is a great alternative to paying $25 to park at hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds was very comfortable, love the smell of the white tea soaps and creams. Location is great , can walk to eat and shop
Cons: I hated that the hotel bar was close to our room and music was playing extremely loud until 2am. If I was not given a late check out so I could sleep in or had to be somewhere earlier, then I would have been very unhappy and stars would be much lower.

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and professional.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean and very nice employees The service was excellent
Cons: N/A
7.0 Good
Pros: The only positive about this hotel is the free shuttle to the IAH airport. So if you stay only one night in the hotel and you are lacking a car (which is a terrible situation in Houston), than it is fine. If you must stay there more than one night, then you are screwed. Anyway, the room is large enough and the bed is comfy, but everything else you can forget!
Cons: If you must stay there for more than one night, make sure you travel with a rental car. The breakfast is the same simple and bad stuff everyday and coffee is just terrible. Well, maybe most of US citizens did never drink a good italian coffee so they will not know the difference anyway. I get also lucky for not needing to use the indoor air conditioner, which is very loud and probably full of bacteria. Not having any complimentary water bottles in the room is also a no-go these days.

Pros: Clean rooms, comfy beds, great location, great food, loved the living room area with the games and fire place, the heated pool and hot.
Cons: Really I cant say anything negative but I guess only 2 things I could say we weren't fond off. 1. Trying to find check in for the hotel. It's in the conference centre which I thought could have been clearer. Then 2nd the lady on reception I thought was having a bit of an off day normally get more warmer welcomes at reception she looked and sounded like she didn't wanna be working that day.

Pros: Nice spacious rooms and wooded location.
Cons: Carpet is dated. We had issues with AC in two rooms. A 'fresh' towel with a hole in it. One sync did not drain properly. Wifi difficult to get on to. Limited service in Bistro. For a resort I expected more. Staff was amazing though.

7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Basketball court was great for my son. Location is perfect.
Cons: The 'painting' of the parking lot was not thought out at all in terms of your patrons. The lot was sectioned off Saturday afternoon. There were no workers/painters (they didn't show up till Sunday afternoon). My son and I came back from shopping and NO PLACE to park. I was told by the young lady working the night shift that I could not park in the sectioned off area, that I could park at another hotel and walk over! I went to the other hotel and explained the insanity...she took pity on my and gave me a parking permit for her hotel even though I was not staying there (pretty sure that will be the hotel I stay at from now on and just have my son"WALK" over to the basketball court). I asked her if I could just move my car early in the morning so I could have my car close by and NOT walk down the street in the dark. She said that if I left my car there and if any damage came to (what I can only assume) the parking lot, that she would charge me for damages. No harm can to me and my son but I am still angry about it. I would like to know how your company feels about this situation.
