8.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was great with lots of bars, restaurants and event locals close by.
Cons: Hotel was a bit below its normal price point in my opinion. Our suite was very nice but the shower sucked. I'm glad that we got a promotional/discount rate.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet street in noisy city Great staff Decor
Cons: Stability ball in gym was deflated, so minor.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: We booked this hotel because we were in town for one night, visiting the Waterfire festival. The location was great, close walking distance to the festival, downtown shopping, and restaurants.
Cons: The hotel staff/policies were incredibly unhelpful. We were informed when we checked in that if we had called and asked for the military/ government rate we would of paid less than 50% of what we were charged. Of course, there was nothing they could do about it now. What they didn't tell us at check in was that the deluxe king room we had reserved and paid twice what we should of for, was unavailable. They happily checked us in and sent us up to what I can only assume is the worst room in this 4 star hotel. The glass shelf in the bathroom was broken, there was a large stain on the carpet, the door was so crooked on the hinges there were cracks you could easily see through at the top and bottom. But worst of all, it was a QUEEN sized bed, not KING. Shouldn't be the end of the world, but paying double what we were supposed to and then not even getting what we payed for- not really okay. Assuming they gave us the wrong room unintentionally, we gathered our things and went back to check in, where we were told that A: they can't change our room because the hotel is completely booked. B: it was in the fine print of "whatever website" we booked on that the room wasn't guaranteed. C: there was no offer of a rate reduction or other forms of compensation. Well, after reading all the terms and conditions of the website, and finding nothing mentioning the room not being guaranteed, we called the website, who did everything in their power to help, but we ended up cancelling the hotel reservation (through the website, not the hotel) for a full refund. No complaints about the website, they even went so far as to call all the other 4 star hotels in the area trying to get us a transfer. The hotel on the other hand, is a buisness I hope never to meet again.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great, not only attentive but cheerful and genuinely friendly, enjoyed chatting with us. Only a few blocks to walks along the river. Nice big room, really soft bed. We stopped here on the way home from Maine to Brooklyn, NY, and probably will again next year.
Cons: The coffee.

Pool/outdoor area was really great and beautiful. The in hotel bar/restaurant was really great with lots of options and friendly staff.
Cons: Someone must have left something in the fridge for an extended period of time like a roast beef sandwich so the room kind of smelled like it. It was not an unpleasant smell and took me a little while to figure out it was coming from the fridge and honestly is the only thing I can think of that was somewhat negative.

Cons: We paid extra to get a corner room which we thought would have been bigger than it was. The room next to us had a young child who spent the night screaming from 4am-noon, so we didn't get much sleep the first night. Wifi was expensive as well as parking. Also from our room you could hear the elevator every time it came up and down past our floor which was annoying at times. we purchased a movie one night to watch and the movie skipped. the front desk did not charge us for it, but you would think for paying $18 for a movie that the quality would have been better

Pros: Great breakfast! Clean, comfortable rooms friendly accommodating staff. We had 3 rooms, 6 adults and 3 children. Requested rooms be near each other and they were right next to each other at the end of the hall. Perfect for visiting. Pool was on the small side, but we had it to ourselves every time we used it! Luck, I'm sure, but it felt like our own private place. Shower right in pool area for rinsing off all the chlorine. We stayed for 4 days over the thanksgiving weekend. Busy time, but very relaxed here. Would definitely stay here again.
6.8 Good
Pros: I was visiting my closest friend after the loss of her father. The BW Seekonk was conveniently located to Barrington, Warren, and Bristol Rhode Island, as well as the neighboring Massachusetts towns. It was the nearest available hotel to where I needed to be. Staff (primarily the front desk clerk) was very friendly and helpful. As some reviews noted, the bed was up on risers, which was odd, but I'm only 5'4", and I had no problem sitting on the edge of the bed. It probably gave the room a cleaner look.
Cons: The price I paid for this hotel was ridiculous given the property. There was apparently a soccer tournament in Barrington, RI, and I think that made the rooms fill up quickly, and raised the price. This was not a two hundred and twenty dollar a night hotel, but, like I said, it was the location I needed, and in this instance, I was glad to pay it to be near my friend. The carpet, while somewhat recent, looked horribly '70s at a distance. I never go barefoot while in hotels in general, so this was purely a cosmetic thing for me. Also, the pool was located very close to the elevator, resulting in wet floor near and in the elevator, which could be a slip hazard.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: That there was a small fridge and microwave in the room. Also, they has WiFi and a breakfast in the am at no extra charge. Would definately stay again and recommend to others.
Cons: The breakfast had no fruit or yogurt. Very unhealthy choices-but coffee was good.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable and staff was extremely friendly (especially the woman who checked me in at night and the two women working in the breakfast area).
Cons: Didn't have any complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will stay again when I'm in the area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rroms were clean, felt newly-decorated. Staff were laid back.
Cons: Hot tub in pool room was closed, covered with a cheap and maybe unsafe piece of plywood. The pool water was too cold. Staff seemed unwilling to help with a walk-in, late reservation. Continental breakfast ended too early (should run til 10:30 or 11).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is easy to get to and still close to downtown area. Entire staff were very cordial and accomdating. Nicely appointed rooms and well kept common areas. Pool is fantastic.
Cons: Even though staff kept drying tile by inside pool it's extremely difficult to walk. Suggest different tile.
7.4 Good
Pros: The lobby area and the amenities where good. Cleans and staff was super friendly
Cons: Rooms where old. The air conditioning was old and extremely loud in all rooms. I asked to be changed a couple of times and they were the same. Beds were very uncomfortable and room super outdated
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room excellent bedding close to elevator.
Cons: Received statement from hotel showing a 0 balance. When I reviewed my credit card statement, a $50 charge from the Marriott showed up. Why???
6.2 Good
Pros: Location and facilities were good. Staff were responsive and very good.
Cons: Rooms only of average quality, sound insulation was absolutely terrible. Even normal conversation can be heard from the adjacent room. The price paid for our rooms was extremely high given the quality of the rooms and the noise issues. Doubt we will ever stay here again.

Pros: the bathroom doors
4.8 OK
Pros: The staff was curtious. Location is convenient and view is lovely overlooking the harbor.
Cons: The hotel is under construction. It is significant. The work begins at 8:30 am. The structure vibrates. The water supply in the hotel is disturbed by the construction. The power is weak, and the water runs brown for a few minutes. Most of the fixtures in the room were faulty. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. I left stating they should not be open. They did refund me for the night. I will try them again after the renovation. This is due to be completed in May. The location is very convenient and the view is lover Y over looking the park and harbor.

Pros: Wonderful staff, shuttle was very helpful!
Cons: construction was annoying
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the Wyndham was very easy to get to,and from any place.it was situated in a convenient location. The staff were friendly, and helpful. We had a "city" view which means we got a view of the highway, but that was no big deal we were not in the room that often. Surprised to find sleep number beds, did fuss with it a bit,but the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The curtains in the room were broken and it just blew with the air, actually tried to fix it thinking it just came unhooked but thats how I found out it was broken. When my daughter and I went to go to bed she found hair on her bed & pillows that didn't belong to either one of us,called the front desk, told them,& they took care of it right away. The restaurant at the hotel was convenient, ate there the first night since it was late, but didn't after that-not really all that great.,
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: We were not advised at the time of the reservation that the hotel is undergoing renovation's. The restaurant and bar are closed. No morning coffee even available on -site . Very noisy!
5.7 OK
Pros: Location on water & bike path, rooms clean, showers very hot
Cons: Charged for a waterfront room, when didn't get one told not guaranteed due to third party booking. Also would not provide receipt and claimed due to third party booking. Sleep number beds could not change settings. Bathroom tub outdated, but new sink
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: it is not in good location, the heater in the first room was broken and blowing cold air only. We were relocated to another room while given a free breakfast voucher for that. The heater in the second room worked fine however the fan was on all the time. We set it to 63 and woke up to sever heat in the middle of the night. We turned it off completely and thiught it would be safer to use more blankets
5.1 OK
Pros: great location, overlooking the bay
Cons: The hotel was under renovation and this was not disclosed anywhere. the work is very nice and i am sure that it will be wonderful after it is complete, but it would have been nice to know prior to arrival. the carpet is new but the design is one that makes you think it is worn and old. they should rethink the design.
6.8 Good
Pros: i had a great view of the harbor from my room.
Cons: A number of little things like lobby wasn't welcoming, had to wait about 10 minutes for a bartender at 6:15pm, shower needs drano. hotel had signs of aging.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New room design was fantastic Congrats to the designers Also the front desk girl who checked me in, she was very busy, all by herself and she handled herself with grace Overall great experience
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked how we could request a room on our desired floor. The view wasnt exactly what youd get out of a penthouse, but nevertheless very nice to look at when night arrives. Me and ny girlfriend would only open the curtains then.
Cons: The tub had some rust and it showed when the hot water was given a test. Housekeeping cleaned this for us and a solution was found, just dont recommend filling the tub with the hot water to the max.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful
Cons: Bathroom was very small and needed some renovation. Room was dark and could have used better lighting.
6.8 Good
Pros: People were generally friendly, but a lack of either flexibility or authority with the front level staff was mildly upsetting.
Cons: I booked two nights separately online. (I decided to add a night to the stay in advance of going). When I got to the hotel I mentioned this and they said it wouldn't be an issue. Just to check back in the next day. When I went to check back in at 8 AM, it was an issue. They wanted to move me because someone had already checked in online for my room? I had to spend half an hour and speak with 3 people to get it resolved. The woman at the front desk originally told me there was nothing they could do. It would have been nice if she had offered to check with someone rather than me having to ask to speak with a manager.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for show @ DD Center, & walking distance to plenty of sights/restaraunts/bars/shopping.
Cons: Daily parking rate of $25. Walked everywhere, so didn't use car for two days.

Cons: the price was very high for what we received.
4.8 OK
Cons: Very expensive for a very basic hotel.
