Cons: Left clothing in closet and called 2 days later and they did not find or know anything about it.
Cons: Pool only open 12-9 pm. Big disappointment to us as we would have picked elsewhere had we known.
Pros: The room was newly renovated. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and private feeling. The queen bed that we had was very comfortable. We had a suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was filling and of good variety and quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. The wifi was easy to connect to and plenty fast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We needed directions for transportation and restaurants and they went out of their way to make sure that we were given clear instructions and quality suggestions. The price that we received through using Kayak gave us a great suite at the price of most small rooms elsewhere. I really couldn't have been much happier with our stay.
Cons: The breakfast staff could do a little better job at washing the dishes and utensils more carefully. There were a few times that I had to leave a plate or fork laying on the counter because it wasn't sufficiently clean. They did a great job of keeping up with the number of people eating each morning though.

Cons: Complimentary breakfast should be included.
Pool should be open for longer.
Pros: Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
Cons: Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.
Pros: Lots of amenities, pool, fitness center, nice lounge
Cons: So large parking is sometimes a bit far, however, plenty space available.
Pros: The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance.
Cons: The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
Pros: Clean hotel, comfortable beds
Cons: -Very difficult to locate even with GPS
-Sink was made for hobbits
-Who doesn't offer free wifi with the hotel room these days?
-Staff seemed untrained and uninformed about the local area or between shifts (the night shift didn't really know how to handle misinformation between different shifts)
Cons: Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Pros: The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want.
Cons: The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.

Cons: Old hotel, not accurate from description
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: It smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel
Pros: Safe, clean, affordable, good location
Pros: The location of the soap shelf in the shower; it was at standing height on the opposite side from the shower head, making the soap easily accessible and less inclined to become mushy.
Cons: Pieces of the popcorn ceiling had fallen onto the carpet, making a white powdery mess.
Pros: Location on Rt. 9 in Framingham.
Cons: It's hard to find, especially because the sign is a tarp. We also had spiders in our shower.
Pros: I hadn't realized until Too late that I had booked this hotel before and was really disappointed in the condition of the rooms and food. Fortunate Lynne It was much better than the last time. The rooms had been spruced up with new paint, carpets etc. and,
Cons: Our coffee pot was broken and there was mold in the reservoir. However, when we turned it into the desk, the staff apologized and the next day we had new pot and it worked fine.
Pros: Location convenient, easy to find.
Cons: Overall appearance not good. Rooms not fresh. My room smelled strongly of a dog. Rug not clean. Furnishings and condition old.
Pros: The desk help was very kind and helpful
Cons: No, It is right in line for the price
Cons: The Hotel was dirty and old. Did not care for it at all.I did not feel it was similar to a Holiday Inn at all! Very disappointed. Will think twice before I use your service again.
Pros: Hotel common areas were a bit rundown, but nothing that I would not expect at this star level. Room was just what I expected, clean but old and dated. No complaints.

Pros: Front desk staff was very polite and friendly.
Cons: The room reeked of cigarettes. There was an ashtray on the nightstand. Walls are paper thin.
Pros: Nice clean room with a comfortable bed at an affordable price. Have stayed here twice and would stay again.
Pros: very clean, friendly staff
Pros: Fairly easy access to Boston area; 25 minute drive on good roads. Staff quick to supply extra blankets and tried to answer questions about the hotel and environs. Did their best to deal with quirky Wifi acess. Beds okay. Good hot water. Lobby coffee.
Cons: Thin scratchy towels. Noisy heater blower. Only one electrical outlet for iPhone. No carpeting in room. No tissues. Poor lighting in bedroom/bathroom. Must pay for 24 hours of wifi access each day. Clerk didn't know there was a McDonald's in town.
Pros: cleam and big room
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Not really.
Cons: The air conditioner in the room was not working properly. It was very hot in the room and did not cool down. WiFi should be included. A small breakfast would be nice.
Pros: Very clean. Location was perfect for travel, seconds from highway. Can't beat the price
Cons: Loud surroundings. Very little parking
Pros: proximity to highway
Cons: room booked was to have two queen size beds and non-smoking. we ended up in a room with two double beds & it was a SMOKING room. I am an asthmatic and this resulted in a major respiratory issue. there were no other rooms available. extremely disappointed!
Pros: Nothing stood out.
Cons: Hardwood floors in room, they were fairly new & very clean, however, I could barely walk in socks due to almost breaking my neck sliding. The 4 floor elevator is superslow. Towels were like sandpaper. Some of the roughest fabric I've ever held.
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The staff was unfriendly, non cooperative. The Internet connection was not free. The microwave did not work, there was no breakfast.
Motel 6 Boston West - Framingham is the best choice outside of Boston! Conveniently located next to the Boston Turnpike, it is minutes from Framingham university, Natick Mall, and many restaurants including Ken's Steak House and Legal Seafood.
Pros: My hotel stays are typically for the purpose of sleep and shower, I'm not there for in-room amenities. Red Roof is generally a good match for me in this regard, always meeting and sometimes exceeding expectations. This stay was no exception.
Cons: Hotel met my expectations as I wasn't there for much other than sleep and shower. Only suggestion I would offer is to upgrade the bath towels.
Pros: Straight forward living conditions. Decent bedding. Shower was great; two shower heads with a walk-in area. Easily accommodated two.
Cons: Only problem I had was that the remote for the 37" HDTV was missing in action. There was a remote for the AC, but we could not find the TV remote. Easily worked around by using the buttons on the side of the unit.
Pros: I liked the early check-in confirmation. Room was clean and upgraded and represented a very good deal for the price. Room was surprisingly quiet. I slept well.
Cons: When I checked in there were dirty clothes hanging in the bathroom which belonged to the previous occupants. Shower was full of hair and no towels were provided. Obviously, the room was not cleaned. I contacted the front desk and put the dirty clothes out by the door, they remained there.
Pros: Room was very clean and neat; looked just like the photos online. Quiet area. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
