The location is surrounded by several empty warehouses, and the venue is nothing as represented in the pictures. I was given incorrect room key for a room that had occupants. The whole hotel has a rancid smell, the room was filthy, the towels and bedsheets reeked. The shower curtains were covered in mold. The AC was filled with dirt. There was supposed to be free breakfast but then they had informed me that I had missed breakfast hours, but after a back and forth they finally conceded they were not serving breakfast. There was only one staffer that was available for the entire duration of my stay.
Cons:Toilet was wobbly. Breakfast wasn't great.
Cons:Absolutely horrible. We checked in on Saturday evening late and I had a conference starting next morning. We get to room and was advertised to have a queen bed, what we get is a full and a room that is so hot it was ridiculous so we go ask about the bed and get moved. We spend the night and r up and out the door by 7. The continental breakfast is cereal and toast, a joke.. Gone all day and notice I have bites on my arms and legs, back to hotel after my conference and look. What do I find but, BED BUGS!!! Go complain, show her photos and ask for refund, she tells me ppl bring her pics on there phone and they aren't from her hotel. Insist she go look, so she sends staff. Of coarse they say there are no bugs, so I ask her to let me show her. Guess what she saw the bugs when I pointed them out... Wouldn't refund for the night I spent getting bit in the nasty place:( don't go here, her maintenance staff said "I'll kill these and it will be okay." Really that's not how bed bugs work!!!
Pros:Close to stadiums
Cons:Not in a very good neighborhood. Horrible smell. Stains all over the carpets. Toilet leaked. Shower head cracked & leaking. Definitely a " last resort " option.
Pros:The front desk clerk was very nice and warned us not to try to walk around outside,, not even in the day time
Cons:The area is dirty, scrap yard and old businesses is your view. Watched police chase people off all night out window. Carpet was so disgusting it looked like someone had been murdered on the 3 floor hallway and didn't attempt to clean it up. Carpet in room was so filthy couldn't walk without having shoes on. Front desk clerk told us not to leave facility on foot, not even in day time. This was the most dirtiest place I have ever stayed.
Cons:Location is not in the best area. Problem with staff checking in, which the staff told us they were overbooked and the room we had already bought was booked. Tried telling us a non-smoking room was unavailable and had us check to see how bad a smoking room smelled, which did indeed smell like smoke terribly. They then found a non-smoking room that was larger and told us we had to pay an upcharge for it. We refused and told them that we will get the room we paid for, or an upgrade for free or we will cancel the reservations. Thirty minutes later we checked into the room we paid for orignally and it worked out fine.
Pros:Staff was friendly and it was really accessible to downtown area, especially for the cost
Cons:Shady area of town.
