Pros: Room was spacious, well equipped and clean
Breakfast is reach and fresh
Cons: Hotel wifi was good checking emails and that's about it. Continuously disconnecting with subpar speeds. While it was better on cable, it wasn't much better.
Pros: The Staff was extremly nice!!
Cons: During my stay it was extremly crowded because of a special event in the hotel.
It is a pity that the bar is not -non smokeing-!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, hotel combines historical and modern. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Big armed Bus stops in front of hotel.
Cons: Food and beverage were very good but pricy however, typical of a 5 star hotel.
Pros: I have celiacs disease, they were really good at catering for this, a huge basket of gluten free breads, cereals and cakes turned up at breakfast and I was walked through which items on the buffet were gluten free, which included the nuremberger sausages.
Add to this that the service is truly 5*, not always the case in 5* hotels, the high ceilings in the rooms, the pool, gym, sauna, gf steak tartare for supper, the view of the Alster at breakfast, it really can't be improved on.
AND most importantly all of the staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful and went the extra distance to make sure you really felt looked after.
Pros: Staff Dennis , swatrz And läunga will make us come back , very warm staff very sweet . Outstanding staff
Pros: Location, view, staff
Cons: Hotel needs a lot of work and updating . Lobby carpeting very shabby and dirty. Rooms were not at all attractive and had a musty odor. I would give this hotel 3 Stars definitely this is not a 5 Star hotel.
This palatial hotel rises along the Outer Alster River, two blocks from the Hamburger Kunsthalle (art museum) and the National Theater; Hamburg Messe is one km away.
Designed as a home away from home, the cabins and all of the rooms at the 25hours Hotel Hafencity are warm and cosy. Anecdotal accessories and objects refer to these adventures, which are told in full in each cabin's logbook.
Pros: What's not to like? Very reasonable price, great location, very personable and helpful staff, and very perfect room
Cons: Not that I could think of
Pros: Location, high standard quality.
Cons: Slow Wi-Fi, even for HHonors members. Usurious extra cost to upgrade to 'speedy' connection. Shame on Hilton.

There are two (2) elevators from the S-Bahn level so take the one CLOSER TO THE DIRECTION FROM WHICH THE S-BAHN CAME.
Establishment was very clean.
Pros: Clean rooms; excellent staff
Pros: Literal a 1 minute walk to the airport. Staff was extremely accommodating. Flight landed early and they let me take an available room. Bartender very friendly and nice to talk to. Bed comfortable and nice view of airport. Once again was impressed by all the staff.
Cons: Bathroom was a little cramped but not awful for Europe
Pros: The location was perfect for a very early morning flight. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was concerned about hearing the planes at night, but I never heard a single jet engine. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very convenient to both the center of Hamburg and to the airport. Plenty of nice places to eat within a short walk. In my view, a very good value for the money. Our entire experience was excellent! And, we will stay at the Hotel Smolka during our next visit to Hamburg.

The direct access to the Congress Center Hamburg, CCH, grants additional flexibility if extra space is required. Parking facilities for 1000 cars are available next to the hotel.
The hotel lobby is very modern and sleek with a glass case of dry aging beef. The hotel staff was not helpful making reservations. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The hotel staff said it needs to run two hours before it starts to cool the room but after four hours of it running it still did not work. When we called the front desk again they agreed it was broken but said nothing could be done about it. We opened the windows but the room was very hot. We expected better from a hotel in this price range. We were offered no solutions nor compensation. The room itself was good but the bathroom light switches are a bit hidden. The location is convenient for shopping and sight seeing. I would not choose this hotel again as there are many good alternatives in the area for the same price range and my experience was subpar.
Pros: The location is very convenient for sightseeing.
Cons: The air conditioning did not work in the room. The hotel was not helpful in rectifying the situation. They also were not helpful in making dinner reservations.

Both are perfect venues for summer parties, events or photo-shootings. On the ground floor, the [m]eatery bar +restaurant serves dry aged steaks, different self-made burgers and special tartars. Colourblocking is a key theme in the SIDE SPA. This wellness oasis is refreshingly colourful and luxuriously furnished.
