The man at the front desk was trying to make do with what he had to work with.
The place was sold to another company and they were trying to renovate it. It was old, dirty and felt like we should have just left. The chair was filthy, legs were broken and put up against the wall so you could sit in it. Carpet was also filthy.
It was DISGUSTING. Stained drapes- not enough drapes to cover the windows. Mildew, MOLD ON THE WALLS. We left. I will not stay in a place like that.
See above. Completely gross.
While the front desk told me that they were switching floors everyday to best prevent the spread of COVID when I got to my room and folded the sheets back there was dirt in the bed. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned which you’d think would be
The location was great and exactly what I needed while traveling thru.
The room had an odd smell to it and did not seem very clean. I understand that things are not normal in the world right now, but a little effort on the staffs behalf might have been helpful.
Excellent location for traveling, nice room, came with free breakfast, had a door to the outside so i could park my car right in front of my room to easily carry in my luggage.
My bathtub was covered in short hair. I don't know if it was forgotten when they cleaned the room late because everything else looked fine. But i didn't feel clean as i sat in my bath seeing all the hair around the tub, it was everywhere.
The hotel had no wifi, called front desk no help but apologies. The microwave in the room wasnt working, room door 2 was left open. Air condition wasnt powered on before check-in. Finally there was a dead roach in the bath, while the room stinks.
Nothing to like! Nothing!!
BED BUGS! I HAVE OVER 100 BITES ON MY BODY. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET TO MY EYE LIDS AND LIPS. THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME!!!
The breakfast muffins
It was not clean at all. The room was dirty and there was even mold in the shower. Even the doors had tissue in the peep holes. Nasty
The web site said they had a pool. No pool. Said they had a bar and a place to eat. No bar or place to eat. The grass was not mowed. The door to our room was broken. The T V. Went in and out. The blanket on the bed is like a sheet.
I could lay down and sleep and not be in my truck.
I waited thirty minutes for the girl at the front desk to return from her car, the whole time I was calling the front desk. The whole building gas a foul urine smell, and I will not return anytime soon.
Price. We were just looking for a bed for the night. By 8 Am, the doughnuts, etc. were gone which was a good thing. Just a quick glance led us to an IHop. Would not eat at motel.
If had read the reviews on google before we reserved the room, we would have gone elsewhere. Our room was not as bad as many of the reviews, but sure enough, the smell was a long way from a smoke free room. Bought Glade at gas station. Used entire can.
One site called this a three star out of five another a two and a half star. Was hard to see a two star here. Old lumpy mattresses and a nothing breakfast.
