The breakfast was good and had few options. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The rooms were small
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I wish they would include shampoo/conditioner
Good place to stay for the money. No frills, just a good solid place. Clean. Location is very accessible to freeway and necessaries.
Great value for money. Not luxurious but caters sufficiently to all basic needs.
Very convenient and close to family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a good stay! Might be time to update the mattresses.
It was close to the expressway and the folks I was visiting. It was also quiet. Bed was not comfortable
Good value for your money, clean and easy access to I290 Noise, room above us - woke us up with banging around the first night - the second night someone was banging on our door and woke us up. Third issue was the window had been opened when they cleaned the room and was not closed completely and locked - I was concerned about our security.
it was quaint That someone decided to smoke in the no smoking section.
Cheap Rooms extremely small, very outdated overall
The value for the money The breakfast was minimal, but it was a budget hotel. The tinted mirror in the room over the bed was unsettling. It looked like one way glass from a police station.
The price. It was quiet. Free WIFI. Suited my purposes.
Peace and quiet Saw a spider on the trash can
Nil, the owner was quite nice. He checked daily to make sure I had everything I needed. House keepers were available in the mornings to restock towels and sheets. The place is called "Budget Inn" and I wasn't expecting to be overwhelmed but overall it was a nice stay.
Nothing! Very Bad. Sheets very dirty!
It was very, my wife and I could have slept all day undisturded. I cannot think of anything.
Beautiful and relaxing facility. Comfortable seating in rooms. Jaccuzzi is great but also stayed in a room without which was just a nice and more affordable. Large accomodating area for breakfast - regular plates/silver/napkins - not plastic.
Jacuzzi tub in the room. Honeymoon suite was lovely. Really large room. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Any movement at all translated to an earthquake.
The ambience of the hotel was amazing. The wi-fi didn't work and the shuttle was pre-booked but came 15 minutes late.
Very conveneint to the airport. Staff was great across the board. And the Italian decor was over-the-top as advertised in a good way. I'd absolutely return to this property. No
Comfort and location of the hotel, shuttle service to their restaurant for superior dining,Shopping malls close by and the breakfast buffett.
Room had a musty smell
clean, friendly, unique
very nice and clean
The room was great. Around alot of things
good economical choice
THe Hotel was new, rooms nice and staff was excellent
Comfortable stay with amended on site. Good staff. Had no issues.
Clean, modern, inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff. Rooms were a nice size with refrigerator and microwave. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained and adequate size. The price of breakfast foods did not seem very economical for a family, but we did not go into the restaurant--that was just based on looking at the room service menu.
I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room, TV selection, business center, early breakfast time option, and free shuttle service to/from airport. I didn't enjoy the breakfast but Im just picky. However, they did have a decent selection/options. The hot tub looked like it needed a good cleaning.
we liked the location of the hotel to shopping and the highway. It was clean but could use some updating
we had a nice time, staff was friendly and it is close to all amenities no
We love the pool and the accommodations were comfortable. Staff were polite too. We did not receive our wake up call at 8:00 AM. Were you short staffed on that Sunday morning? At breakfast, there was no one to replenish the hot food while we were there. We had enough cold food to eat, but we couldn't find anyone to tell about the hot food. The employee at the desk was very busy with customers.
Good pool, good breakfast, clean soft beds. Nice variety of restaurants nearby.
You only get a room guarantee, not a bed or number of beds guaranteed. Better to call direct for guarantee. Breakfast was better than the customary waffles and cereal. Having no choice at arrival to get two regular double beds. One slept on a roll-away meant for a child, no wider than 20".
Only opened six weeks at time of stay, very clean, helpful friendly staff. Our room was huge, more suited to the business traveler. Good facilities, pool, laundry, and breakfast. Close to large mall.
Strange design, small rooms, no desk, drafty cracks in doors, loud heaters. Not a hospitable environment.
Price was reasonable, room was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was good and the location was convenient and close to family we were visiting. We would stay here again. Pillows were a little flat - if we stay again I might bring my own as well as a thicker/more comfortable blanket for the bed. The heat in the room worked great but it was FREEZING as soon as you walk into the hallway (we stayed on the ground floor)
The lobby was warm and inviting but once past that everything went downhill. I booked this room through Hotel.com in advance, I usually stay at the Best Western several miles away in Lackawanna NY but it was booked due to a wedding so I wasn't concerned with the switch. The person who checked me in appeared to be training a new employee at the front desk and was very curt and cold. He was not rude but not the friendly help full employee attitude I've come to expect from the Best Western brand. OK I give him the benefit of doubt and write it off as him having a bad day and ask where the room is. He tells me it's all the way in the back of the building drive around the building and take a left and another left and go in the back door. I asked if there was a cart there because I just had surgery and couldn't carry luggage. NO offer to help and he told me there might be a cart somewhere down there and if there wasn't I could come up front and get one ( again no offer to help or see that there was one there for me ) So I get to the back entrance and of course there is no cart so I lug my suitcase in so I can get a hot bath and unwind after a long drive. To my horror the room is so small it reminded me of one of those trucker dives that rent rooms by the hour, and the straw that broke my back was there was no bath tub only a small shower. I turned around and headed back to the front desk. to remedy the situation. I explained everything to the fellow who checked me in and he told me he had no other rooms with a tub at my price because I paid through a 3rd party. I had my computer with me and pulled up the confirmation and showed him under the amenities it said bath. He told me he would not upgrade and for me to call where I booked the room from and he would authorize a refund. I did and they send me about 2 miles away to a Marriot Residence inn and it was a wonderful stay.
Room was very small, bathroom door would not close entirely. Also, the hot tub water was ice cold and we were unable to enjoy the amenities.
Everything was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was great, but it was too chilly to try out the pool. Breakfast was very crowded but otherwise I have no complaints.
Friendly & helpful staff, AWESOME breakfast that was well-stocked and kept clean. Great grounds. Clean motel. Laundry facilities. Highly recommend!! Wished there was an indoor pool in addition to the outdoor one.
The staff was nice and accommodated us for the second night by finding us a new room. I have never stayed in such a small hotel room. I expected much better for $127 per night plus taxes & fees. We were placed in a room the first night that was right by an outside door. We hardly got any sleep with people going in and out all night long, talking very loudly. We could also hear the people in the adjoining room through the vent in our bathroom; it sounded as if they were in our room. We requested a new room for the second night and were moved. The second room was much quieter.
easy of getting on Thruway. Had a pool Did not have exhaust fan in bathroom the shower head was not for people over 6 ft tall....water was all over the floor...became a safety hazard
This is my worst experience with best western so far. There was water running through a hole in the ceiling in the hallway. I asked for a room with king size bed and was told there was none available. The queen size bed room we got had an unmade bed. I had to ask for another room. Turns out, there was one with a king size bed. The bed was clean. Every other piece of furniture in the room was worn out and plain dirty. Same about the shower. No window in the room. Do not stay at this hotel. Although it says best western, it can be more accurately described as a motel. The room for one night cost me $200! And I got this... Dirty, run down
It had ants and bugs. Loud neighboring quests .
The day we left nothing
It was quite decent Restrooms can be cleaner and the facilities provided could be better
Very, very easy to get to.... Only two clicks away from Niagara Falls Blvd exit, got to the BILLS game with plenty of time for breakfast at a great restaurant right down the street. Remember, this is a $35 overnight stay. You get exactly what you pay for; a bed with clean sheets, hot water in the shower and a small clean bathroom. It is not the Waldorf so don't expect anything more.
Nothing Bad smell, Location is not good
I liked the location The beds weren't that comfortable.
I didnt really like any of the service. I didnt like how wifi or breakfast was not complimentary when the fare was 60 dollars meanwhile, the EcnoLodge next door provides both of that complimentary for a fare of fifty dollars.
The rooms are pretty nice and modern with comfortable beds. The bathroom was dirty and the gentleman working the front desk seemed more interested in getting back to what ever he was doing in the back room.
Ashbah (spelling?) greeted us in the office when we arrived. She was extremely gracious, professional, and courteous. She is a great asset to your business. My elderly mother was with us so a room on the first floor was quite helpful. The room smelled like a wet dog. The floors looked like they had not been scrubbed in months. We did not want to take off our shoes. If the first floor rooms are often used for pets and thus not kept to as high of a standard regarding cleanliness, customers should know that before committing to those rooms. When we used this motel a year ago, we stayed on the second floor and everything was very clean and nice. So we were especially disappointed this year. But I think this year was an anomaly and we will call ahead with specifics next time.
We liked the location and comfort of the beds. We were very disappointed that the rooms had no coffee maker, no clock and Cable that didn't work most of the time, plus no FOX News on the cable when it did work. Also, even though we hated that the hotel did not have a continental breakfast we were told by the check in clerk that complimentary coffee was available in the lobby each morning. That turned out not to be true. Very stripped down facility.
value employees and that they didn't honor my reservation
It is too close to the highway, you can hear everything. The bed was dirty... A lot of hairs in it.
The worker was very nice and polite. I was expecting something completely different. When I walked in, the first thing that popped in my mind was, am I safe? It felt very creepy when I walked in. No color on the walls, the kitchen area was very sloppy, the checkin desk was a mess. And it had a smell. I felt like I needed more locks on my door in my room. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. I didnt bring mine because I thought the hotel room should have them. But I didnt even shower in the morning. The sheets on the bed were very thin. I was pretty cold I almost turned on my heater. I know I paid less then 70.00 bucks but shouldn't matter. Im sure that the motel could afford a BIG update/ renovation in one week from all the guest payments..
No free WiFi at this hotel. What you pay for is not worth the money.
Price was good for last min room, close to UB campus. Bed was comfortable and "bedroom" area has up to date decor more like hotel style. You get what you pay for and for a motel this isn't bad at all. Could be a bit cleaner. Some towels had hair in it or had some stains. Things in room that were broken or damaged needs to be fixed to be a little more pleasing to the eye. Bath and sink area needs to be updated, has a "motel" feel to it. TV could be much better...most stations had a bit of static/not very clear. Blanket is a bit cheap.
Other than the location of this place, I just can't say anything that I liked about it. Very dirty, outside and inside. My "non smoking" room smelled of stale smoke. There was a lighter under the bed and a dirty, used condom. It was disgusting. No soap was in the dispensers. Even after asking for soap, it took twice asking to get it. Just was not work the over $100/night fee for this room. I have stayed in many "cheap" hotels and this by far was the worst. Made others look like 4 star places. Will never stay here again and will steer others far from it.
Polite, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Easy parking. Room had some minor repair issues. Housekeeping staff didn't replace tissues or toilet paper.
I had to get clean towels and wash clothes for the 2nd day. I also paid extra for 2 queen beds and was charged 20 anight extra for an extra adult, that's the only reason I got the 2 queen beds .
central to shopping, good price old, run down

The location. Right near the exit, so it is easy to find. Check out time is 11:00 am. However, I wanted to check out at 6:00 am. Office was closed. I had to call the office (from my cell phone in my car), ask if I could leave the key in the room, go back to the room, leave the key, and then hit the road. Would h
Everything. The location was goodm, The bed comfortable, the breakfast great. Whats not to like. Nothing. I was happy with it all.
The room was a nice size. Clean. Staff was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was terrible! You could break a tooth on how hard the eggs were!! Sausage was boiled and gross. Even the waffle and pancake makers didn't work right. Definitely go out for breakfast!
Everything. Great price, great food, great room and comfortable, relaxing, excellent pool and spa. I would reccommend and i would stay there again. Even though we did not need the airport; it is right across the street, but you would not know it.
Hilton Garden Inns always meet expectations; clean, good restaurants, everything you need when traveling. We always try to stay at Hiltons if possible.
