7.9 Good
Pros: Couldn't fault the location. Room and en suite very good, and very quiet
Cons: Parking and stairs inconvenient
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was pleasant and functional
Cons: Reception is only open for a limited time and no one is on the premises to help if there is any problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Budget hotel in the centre of town. Toul is surprisingly interesting, Cathedral, Ramparts to walk around, EXCELLENT flower displays. Cafe downstairs for a continental breakfast - I liked the local atmosphere, have an extra coffee why not, only 1.4 Euros.
Cons: Rooms a bit worn around the edges. Reception open 3 hours a day. Cheap though.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very primitive furnishings. e.g., no bedside tables. Very poor customer service. Very unfriendly when we requested a second pillow. We tried to sleep on the flimsy pillow on the bed. Located on a nice roundabout.
6.3 Good
Pros: The reception person was cheerful and pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Web photo presents a wrong impression of the hotel. The
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a good bargain, you get comfoness, location and atmosphere for minimum money. Of course, there were some things that could be better, but given the rate, I have nothing to complain. Location and feeling were over the top.
Cons: You should be prepared to check in via automat as the reception is open only for few hours in the evening. No wifi (or one exists but you have to buy rather expensive vouchers - from an almost non-existent reception). Here and there the hotel shows some wear and tear. And there is no parking even though one could understand so in the booking.com description. Just normal public parking on the curbs (pretty cheap and easily available if you drive around the block.) given all this, I still regard this hotel good value for your money.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Efficient. Clean. Good enough.
Cons: Credit card payment only. Bed was not comfy.
4.2 Okay
Cons: Noisy at night. Bar where we had breakfast was grubby. In bedroom, no bedside table. No hooks in bathroom to hang, towels, robes etc. Side of bath all broken. It was very hot and we could not open the windows because of the noise. Bed poor quality, creaked everyone you turn over. Very disappointing.

Pros: Lovely and romantic little hotel, like it came out of a novel! Extremely friendly staff and simple but fresh en delicious breakfast! The owner (I suppose) helped us with the luggage tho which i thought it to be very friendly and beyond professional, although she was by her own and it was a busy saturday evening. Definitely a lovely place for a couple looking for a romantic getaway in a small French town. Restaurants are literally a few steps away. 5.0 Okay
Pros: At supposed check-in day the reception called my voicemail twice for instructions for checkin after 10pm. Which I consider good service, be it that we were told off earlier.. (see below). Didnt stay at hotel in the end..
Cons: We accidently booked for the wrong date and when asking the hotel to change to a day later we were told ‘that is not our responsibility... thank you for your booking’, which to me is super offending and super bad customer service. Somehow the reception didnt got our ‘cancellation’ apperently and tried to call us (see above), which is strangely a good service I would say. Didnt stay in the hotel in the end. And never will.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly, the breakfast is so satisfying and the hotel is just near the tram way(T1) . There is a Quick restaurant just near the hotel in case you want to eat. The room was very clean and the bathroom also. Bed was comfy and clean. I also printed some papers which was very helpful and nice from the staff. I definitely recommend it.
Cons: I wish there was an electric plug near the bed that's all to charge my phone.
7.9 Good
Pros: Low price and well communicated by tram straight to the center
Cons: The beds weren’t the best but I slept well though. The breakfast was missing a couple of essentials like bacon or fruits, but still quite decent.

Pros: We had 4 free cold bottles of water in the fridge. Beds comfortable and clean sheets.
Cons: When outside temperature was about 30degrees in the room we had about 40 degrees. It wasn’t safe to open windows for the night because we had balcony and on our floor it was a lot of dodgy people looks like africa/asia immigrants. It looks like they live there. No english tv. 1 lift up to 3 people was a bit of problem to go up and down.

Pros: Some staff members were ok
Cons: First of all the bin in the room was dirty and disgusting. The problem was solved. Location is very noisy due to construction nearby. During the stay toilet broke down and when rooms were changed the door was broken and we had difficulty to close it.

Pros: WiFi wasn't working
Cons: Room was fine
7.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, being very close to the train station and quite close to Place Stanislas. The staff seem not to be sufficient for the many tasks they have to perform. Also the cleanliness leaves room for improvement; the state of the room depends very much on the lady in charge that particular day. We found the (limited) furniture quite sufficient for us; the design of the room is very good, considering the space limitations.

Cons: Rooms are very basic but it reflects the price category so OK

6.0 Good
Pros: A 10 % discount was provided for a nearby restaurant. Cake provided free of charge (while it lasted) in the lobby.
Cons: Stayed 3 nights. Room was quite noisy almost every night. Walls seem to be paper thin. Heard people talk either in their rooms or downstairs even at 2 or 3 AM. There was also noise coming from the lobby, particularly during the night, from people dragging chairs. The drainage system was also very noisy, as you could hear flushing or water draining from showers/bathtubs. Luckily I had earplugs with me. Definitely no value.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything we need was around the corner.
Cons: Location!!!!Nice hotel
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location near the town centre
Cons: Noisy room due to walls lacking soundproofing. On a business trip, I left one day early because of the noisy street (trucks in early hours) and noise in adjacent rooms and corridor. No manager were on duty on my departure day to let me know if I could be reimbursed the 2nd night that I didn’t use (or pay a penalty for leaving early). I was told to come back 2 days later after the receptionist would ask advice to his manager. 2 days later, when I returned, the staff on duty didn’t know anything about what happened and said no manager was there to sort it out. I had to insist to be reimbursed the 2nd breakfast and the 2nd night city tax. In this particular instance, there was a lack of communication between the staff and dire need of management presence.

Pros: Great price and location, lovely, friendly, wlecoming, helpful staff, good breakfast, especially the bread. Room was fine. Free bottled water a nice touch. Bed pillows could be better but other than that a very good stay.
Cons: The pillows were a bit lumpy. I wouild always prefer feather-filled pillows. Nothing else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and great staff. I do not speak French and all three staff members I interacted with were so patient, kind, and helpful. Gave me great suggestions regarding restaurants, etc!
Cons: Ceiling walls are thin- so I could sometimes hear the folks upstairs, ie, coughing in middle of the night. So maybe best to stay on top floor? There is an elevator
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good, room was clean, most of the stuff were very friendly.
Cons: Room hasn’t been cleaned the second day (trash not been emptied). Lift is too small, so I haven’t used it for the 6th floor. Breakfast is too basic, at 9h stuff were missing. Few tables, available ones not cleaned.

Pros: In the city center, tram right outside, next to train station, located on commercial street, 5 minutes from Stanislas square. Amazing welcoming with complimentary water bottles, coffee/tea, cookies at a constant disposal. Big spacious twin room with complimentary cot for our daughter. Coffee/tea in the room too. Very good breakfast on -1 in a very cozy room. we would definitely come back if we revisit Nancy.
Cons: A bit small elevator but it worked out so not really an issue. Room got somewhat cold later at night so maybe there was something wrong with the central heating but they had a portable radiator in the room so we used that.

Pros: Basic hotel room.
Cons: Bread ready to toast but no toaster.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I arrived at this hotel after a long day cycling. The place was in total chaos as there appeared to be only one member of staff dealing with a computer system that had totally crashed, customers arriving to book/ move into rooms and on the phone to management (I assume) and computer support staff. A short while later, another member of staff arrived and started to deal with the queue. My bicycle was accommodated and I left for a meal near by. When I returned calm was restored. The following morning I dressed, breakfasted and left. Shortly after, I realised that I did not have my rucksack and returned to the hotel. It could not be found. However, the staff were not going to be defeated and checked cctv from the previous evening, establishing that I had arrived without it! (It's old age!). They were not satisfied with leaving it at this point and checked my previous days travels and rang the restaurant where I had had my lunch the previous day. It was found and I was, after a few hours in the saddle, reunited with it. Your staff were magnificent.
