Pros: The crew was nice and I felt very safe and cared for.

Cons: The seat could have been more comfortable to sleep on

Cons: More ice was needed in my drinks

Pros: We (my wife and I) are able to sear together in a two-seat configuration.

Cons: Seat space and even worse when people in front of us move the seat back...I, as a rule, do not want to bother those behind so, as a rule I do not move my seat from the upright position..

Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.

Pros: Crew was accommodating and kept me and my family comfortable in the flight. Food was good

Cons: Free stuff like headphones and blanket which can be collected at the end of the flight

Pros: flight arrived on time.. mostly as the boarding time is an hour and twenty minutes prior to departure time so be prepared to arrive at the gate early waiting for boarding information.

Cons: Blankets and headsets were not provided free of charge; they cost $8.00 each if one wishes to purchase them on board; Cabin crew did what they were supposed to do, but did not go above and beyond their work to achieve excellent customer service. At times I noted that one of the flight attendants did not smile for the entire duration of the flight. Entertainment was limited on board.

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Cons: The toilets were very unsanitary by halfway through the 9 hour flight

Pros: I’m sure the flight was fabulous. You see, I wasn’t on it, didn’t book it and wasn’t even in London

Pros: Quick boarding. Clean plane.

Cons: Disgusted that baggage wasn't included in the ticket price. I've taken the route 6 times, and this is the first time baggage wasn't included in my ticket. Seats were very small and cramped, with very little room. Not enough space in the overhead lockers for baggage which made cramped seats even more cramped. The TV didn't work either so was a long flight with little entertainment.

Cons: Crew in London that checks our boarding pass and passports to let us on the plane was quite rude to my family. Crew inside the plane was great!
