location is perfect
the room smelled old, musty and like mildew. it was clean, so i couldn't rate it low on that and it was comfortable except for the smell, so i downgraded both those categories by one notch to reflect the awful smell. room was very small and hard to fit our luggage in an easily accessible way.
Convenient location to cruise ships. Front desk staff was the best.
Very good location, right next to the Exhibition Center, transport hub.And It is very close to the sea.
The front desk staff were friendly and accomodated our early arrival. They were also very helpful with transportation, dining and area information. Our room was clean, affordable, and in a great location for visiting downtown Vancouver.
No views here, window a/c unit, and one small elevator.
the valet and luggage storage.
good service; very nice staff; good breakfast
Location.Manager was helpful. Offered to change our room because of view and finally exchanged it for a late check out!
Room was small, window to dark wall. You could not tell whether it was sunny or cloudy! Noisy very early in the morning. It appeared to be a passing stage for cruising ship passengers and when a room was empty, it was cleaned even if it was 7AM with vaccum cleaners noise, etc.
Very convenient location for getting to the convention centre.
Below expectation. Highly priced for this kind of room. On 12th Aug we stayed in Best Western Down Town Drake. It was excellent for the price paid.
Room looked old & not clean. Semlly room.
Simple, clean, friendly, outstanding location
In my reservation, in August 2007, the reserved rate was 113 canadaian $. When I checked in, the requested price was 209 $. However they immediately agreed to 113$ after I showed them my reservation.
staff were good
the room didn't have any windows i.e. it was a cupboard
Quietness, tastefully renovated rooms and hallways, central location.
no real window view available.
