7.0 Good
Pros: the location
Cons: no continental breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Canceled reservation
Cons: Didn't meet my standards for hotel.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great bed. Great place
Cons: That bathroom is hard to move in.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: breakfast could have had more types of food, like cold cereal, for example.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very easy location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and both the night and day staff were very friendly
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Staff was friendly, location was convenient, breakfast was adequate and coffee was good and hot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very easy to find! Was our second time to stay here and when I checked in the receptionist on duty acknowledged that she noticed we booked another night stay here. As we are attending the NIVC
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was able to accommodate an early check in for us. The motel was close to the university.
Cons: I am not a fan of laminate flooring in rooms. Although it’s new it feels dirty.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Low rates were awesome. It was pretty simple and a little dated on the outside, but the room was updated, clean and cute. Even though there is no breakfast there still was a tea and coffee station with yogurt, fruit and granola bars. I liked the hard flooring in the rooms, I imagine with dogs it makes things easier to clean and keeps allergens down.
Cons: No breakfast or hot tub, but I assume that’s how they keep their rates low. Dogs can stay in the rooms. As someone who has allergies and some family members that do that will deter me from staying there next time (have a kid that might attend college at USD.) I am ok with dogs, but think they should be only in certain areas or rooms. I had a lady that let her dog go near us on purpose looking for attention...that is not good dog ownership. I heard a dog barking in or just outside the building for quite a while at night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and nice.
Cons: Bathroom was too small.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was clean and the rooms were nice
Cons: The staff was very incompetent twice they checked us out of our room before we were supposed to be leaving and because of that two different times staff came into the room while we were in it. Pool didn't work while we were there. Wet rude manager.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Front staff was very receptive, it was clean.
Cons: The beds were not very comfortable, I didn’t sleep well at all.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Obviously this hotel owner has given a lot of thought about the comfort of it guests-little touches: wipeoff towels for the bike riders, black towels for makeup removal, wifi, etc. It was one of the better mo/hotels we've visited with great helpful staff.
Cons: The only drawback was that we had to leave so soon. We'll be back!
