The staff were very friendly.
Friendly stuff. Location is good. Swimming pool.
No elevator in a 'motel style' part of the building. The building itself looked pretty old.
Convenient location, helpful staff, nice large room....and clean as well
The hotel staff is phenomenal.
When we checked in late at night, they gave us a room in a building with broken air conditioning. Our room was about 80 degrees and I had to call the from desk multiple times before being offered another room - at midnight because I couldn't sleep.
The room was not so clean. The bathroom was a poor makeover. No hot water only Luke warm. The a/c did not work very well. No comparison to to zero and other hotels we stayed in in norwalk.
It was clean & easily accessed from the highway
On check-in I was told that we were not to eat the continental breakfast because the rate we paid did not include it.
Old and dated room and shower
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is perfect for lower CT and a commute into NYC for meetings.Location is minutes from the Southport Train Station, downtown Fairfield, and Westport.
The updates they have done are nice, but they need to continue around to all the rooms, including the ¿curb¿ appeal in the back lot between the two parts of the hotel;. The good news is they are on the right track and making progress.
I did not like anything about my stay at this hotel. They call themselves a 3 star hotel, that is a joke. This hotel has no elevator or air conditioning. I did not find out about any of this until it was too late.
This hotel had no air conditioning.
This is a Motel , more like a Motel 6.
Workers are helpful and polite
Room was comfortable, but nothing special. Model was old but remodeled (note however it is a motel). They have DVD players available.
Ice machine and pool were broken. Staff didn't bother to make eye contact, when we checked in and was downright rude we informing me the pool heater was broken.
Our first room assignment was drafty and very cold. They willingly changed us to another room and it was great.
room was too hot - heat system would not allow cooldown
Universal machine in fitness room
Rooms are on the small side
Staff, looks ,location and layout
Heating and leaky room doors. They need to make room heating systems level temperature and doors tight and insulated.
staff very nice and helpful.Had a problem with the lack of heat and we were given a space heater and the problem was eventually resolved.
room was very small bathroom needs to modernized and the room needs more outlets for electronic necessities. the vents in the room and bathroom were covered with thick dust= I do not think ever cleaned!!!
Stuff was excellent and room basically clean
Very very small roomNot enough outletsHeating and a:c ceiling vents glitchy looked as if never cleaned!!
Our room had two other adjoining rooms to it and we weren't able to switch rooms because they were overbooked. The room and bathroom were small. No fridge and to get one you had to pay $25.
Good clean hotel. No Frills but great for a quick night stay
You could hear neighbors a little
The lobby and restaurant were nice.
The building is old and the rooms had a musty smell, and the bathrooms were old and needed updating.
The beds were comfortable.
Staff was not friendly, toilet was plugged for hours with no help, keys would not open door - 3 times we needed new ones, very expensive for what we got, outside area and steps to 2nd floor were filthy.
