Close to my destination, very clean, the management came out at night to fix the printer so I could print a concert ticket I lost. Really bad breakfast, but Dunkin Donuts was just across the street. Lots of wasp nests by the pool.
The room was very large. It is constructed like a motel, and I thought this was a hotel. I guess that is my fault.
Location and value. The room was small and with outside entrance. I was very clean and fresh paint. The room had microwave and small fridge. Everyone at hotel was very nice. They provide breakfast but I didn't partake due to my schedule. I would update the desk chair in the room. It was older and had a hard time rolling. I would also stock room with additional towels that are a little bigger.
CLOSE TO FOOD
Convenient to the expressway and the venue. Lacking in some simple amenities, even something like facial tissues (Kleenex) were absent from the room.
It was an okay room but the bathroom showed age--was somewhat small. The bathroom door came very close to hitting the commode. The breakfast was just okay. Towels and washcloths seemed thin. However, the room was nicely decorated and the bed was great There is no inside hallway--all doors open to the outside. Because of this, I didn't feel as safe and since it was raining/snowing/windy, I got wet walking to the breakfast room as well as getting my baggage down to the sidewalk from the second floor.
Quiet Room was spacious Nobody at the front desk when I arrived. Waited a while then went to lunch. Somebody there when I got back.
nothing not an 8 of 10, not clean. left and spent another $---- on the hampton by hilton up the road same night and only because holiday inn express was booked and looks new also up the street.

The 'hot' breakfast was extremely limited... White bread, powdered donuts, coffee, a very old waffle maker, two options for cereal and a pot of oatmeal. It would have been nice to have some fresher non-carb foods like yogurt or fruits.
The location was good. The internet was too slow on the computer in the lobby.
The bed was comfortable. The desk clerk was unfriendly when we checked in. The breakfast was poor and the breakfast facility was not managed well and was unclean.
Close to Nashville but still far enough away to be quiet I didn't like not having bath towels in the room when I arrived.
Convenience of location If this had been the first Days Inn we stayed in amongst our previous travels we would never stay in one again. Dirty..showers curtain was gross, tub did not drain properly and so called breakfast was a joke.
There was a HUGE pile of mattresses behind the hotel. We are praying that it was just time to upgrade and not a bed bug issue.
Only good thing was a lot of tv channels including nfl network Sketchy people hanging around
Nothing Room was gross felt like I had to wear my shoes all night holes in the walls mold in the bathroom cracked toilet seat television from 1988 just old and dirty I was afraid to shower I feel like I wasted my money
Absolutely nothing ! Very rude , uncaring ignorant staff esp. afternoon man at desk. I will tell everyone I lnow to avoid this motel at all costs !!! Everything was below 0 everything !
The air condition was not on and the room was hot when we arrived. The dry wall and paint was a mess. We found a bug on my son's blanket in the morning. The 'buffet' breakfast was hardly anything and they were out of most everything at 7:30 am.
AC worked well. The toilet moved when sitting on it. The room was very dated.
Extremely cordial staff, met every need, extremely clean, quiet, loved that there were apples availables as a quick snack on the way out the door
It had a bar downstairs and an interesting layout. Not as close to Nashville as I would have liked and the room was very damp (our bathing suits never dried).
This is a nice hotel but far from everything. The building is well built and floors are quiet. Unlike other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express you could not hear anything in the room. Many of these other hotels, you could hear the thumping from others walking in the hallway, the rooms next door or above. Not at the Hyatt Place. They had a bar downstairs which was very convenient. And, we ordered a small pizza and desert...both were good. I also liked that there was a comfy sectional in the room and the tv on the wall could be turned to the sofa area or the bed. The room could have been cleaner. The sink in the wet bar area was dirty and the shower area could have been cleaned better.
Very nice and clean, Love the car in the lobby!! Much better value than the $* down the road at the Hyatt Place.
Nice room, comfortable beds, clean. Great hot breakfast, extra friendly staff, and overall a perfect stay. This hotel is A+.
Nice, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast with good hours.
Sometimes its the little things that matter. Sometimes those things are positive, sometimes they are negative. When checking in I did not received my frequent stayer goody bag. No big deal, except when I was at the front desk they gave out the bags to a couple other people. Oversight... just a little thing. There was an elevator just on the other side of the lobby, but the person checking me in suggested that I park on the other side of the hotel and take the elevator on that side because it was closer to my room. It was not, the lobby elevator was much closer. No biggie... just a little thing. When I finally got to my room it did not have a do not disturb door sign. So I called the front desk and they said to come on down and get one. Except when I got down there they did not have one and did not have a key to get to where they are. Once again, just a little thing. They later provided it. I was going to wash a load of clothes, and needed some laundry soap, once again the front des...
Clean room, great friendly staff, Much better than the Hyatt and a better value! Stay Here
Very nice....Clean,welcoming,very helpful staff, quick to respond to my request whatever it was...Would stay again.I would recommend to my friends and family.
We had an excellent visit in Hendersonville. The motel was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were in tip top shape. The Camaro in the motel was great. I even took a picture of it and used it from my phone background.
The area was very nice. No reviews seem to mention that Conway Twitty's house is in walking distance from this hotel.
Our first stay and the ultimate compliment, we would do it again.
Great food and customer service. Recommend to other's
When we arrived with family of four, we had booked a room with two doubles but room only had ONE double bed. When i called desk to ask for room switch 'none available.' When i asked for roll away bed, 'None available.' When i asked for extra linens for the kids who'd need to sleep on the floor, was told 'we dont provide extra linens for guests who choose to sleep on the flooor.' The other family we traveled with thought they had booked a room with king and pull-out couch for 5 guests. When they arrived, room only had king bed, no pull-out. So WATCH OUT! Your definition of a standard room might not match the hotels definition of a standard room.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Good breakfast. Although it is on a busy road it was nice and quiet inside. Within a few miles of many different kinds of restaurants and shopping. Our only concern was the cracked bath surround. I don't know how long it had been like that but it needed some attention. Bed was comfortable.
It was ok for an over night stay Breakfast was Little Debbie cakes and coffee.... Shampoo and conditioner was in one pack and not very good..... The internet WiFi was perfect though.... Cable was great too.... $79.00 was high, especially since Kayak offered the room for $65.00 and after taxes is not $79.00
Price, location, staff Bugs, moldy, smoky smell in room
I like how clean it was. No wifi!!! No wifi!!
The room was great! Very clean and comfortable!
The room was great and the breakfast options were awesome. No issues with this hotel at all. They were renovations going on at the time of our stay but didn't have any problems with it.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Yes, we were unaware that the Best Western was in the process of being converted to a Hampton Inn. All public areas were totally under renovatin and no effort was made to vacuum traffic any traffic areas. No amenities available due to construction.
Location near the interstate and close to my family. Hotel is undergoing major renovation which was not stated on the website. Indoor pool and jacuzzi drained and unusable, sheet rock and dust and plastic everywhere. Breakfast was super limited and not very good, protein was prepackaged breakfast burrito.
The entire staff was incredible and very courteous! I would have preferred to have longer pool hours. It doesn't open until 10am, so there's no time to swim in the morning before check out.
This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff who tried to make everyone feel at home even during the JOnas Snow-In! We really enjoyed our time there. Too far from Nashville.
Hot tub and free breakfast.
Location No wifi for 1 week and small tv. We did get a 15 percent discount for this. They are changing to a Hampton Inn.
Excellent breakfast. Plenty of hot foods to choose from. The road to the hotel is in serious need of repair. Parking is also very limited.
Clean, big rooms...nice hot tub/pool. Good breakfast.
My son left his tablet. We called and told them we'll be back in the area in a week, and they said they'd hold it for us. The breakfast was superb. The shower pressure was lacking and the drain was slow. The pullout couch wasn't comfortable at all, the kids ended up sleeping in the king-sized bed with us.
it was closed We got to White House about 5pm and could not find a Best Western. Called their number they are in the process of changing to a Hampton. They did suggest a Best Western south about 15 miles. Checked in there and paid over twice what I had booked for
