Pros: Food was great, ambience was great.

Cons: It was our 2nd visit in 9 mths and we were expecting a warmer welcome but it was rather blah. High room rates, higher expectations you would think. I dont think they have the record of our previous stay. Maintenance works going on at the rooms opposite ours on day 1, abit noisy. Probably wont be back again in a long while.

Pros: Incredible rooms, spa services and meals. Convenient shuttle to/from the nearest MRT. The architecture of the hotel blends in very nicely with the surrounding site. Mostly, the staff couldn't have been more thoughtful in making sure we kept an ineffable memory of our first wedding anniversary!

Cons: Still a bit expensive, even for a unique experience like this one.

Pros: Everything.

Cons: Breakfast is good but will be nice to add more salad options for buffet area.

Pros: Very interesting and unusual design of the hotel. Beautiful compliment, CD with music. Unexpected is what I love. Great views, dinner and breakfast above all praise.

Pros: Public Bath if it is available.

Cons: Strong musty odor in the guest room.

Cons: From check in until dinner was wonderful, the only bad impression is, the hotel served me with a soured orange juice for the breakfast. I asked the waitress immediately, she told me the juice was from yesterday and said the hotel has a regulation that she needs to serve customer with something from yesterday and consume it first. I am surprised that such a nice hotel serves customer with soured food. Now I feel very uncomfortable with my stomach. I claim for full refund of my money back.
