Cons:Old plane; very tiny seats; TV entertainment : only 2 movies for a 11 hour flight! Food is horrible and you have to pay to a tea or a coffee

Pros:Was on-time.
Cons:Issues with carry-on and broken online check-in. All around issues with there website. Dated plane did not have adequate leg room for 6 foot person. No veg meal option. Cabin temperature was not comfortable. Entertainment was really lacking. Would not fly again.

Cons:I specifically asked for isle seat and was given that until they had to change the aircraft (to an older version where my seat table couldn’t even come down) because they overbooked. Flight attendant were very selective to whom they would assist. I was ignored for asking to buy food. Also they passenger in front of had their light on the whole flight because it was broken and they couldn’t turn it off. $600 flight.

Cons:Lack of vegetarian food option Online seat reservation doesn't work. It takes you to booking a new flight instead of reservation page. At international counter the customer service people talk in French but not English. Talking in domestic terminal is ok but in international terminal English should be used.

Pros:To get to point A to point B this will work. If your looking for something for comfortable and an easy flight look elsewhere
Cons:No entertainment, you mildly feel like animal cargo boarding a boat because of how close you are but the plane does its job and get you were you need to go

Cons:Everyone was horrified when checking in to find the carry on bag max weight is 5 kilos. In the USA we don't even think in kilos and everyone had to pay $110 to check their tiny bags. Not normal.
