5.0 Okay
Pros: good location, easy to get around and located in an area with food options.
Cons: The building appears to be older and the rooms, although have had some renovations were not what I expected for a Wyndham Hotel chain.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: staff was accommodating but could not overcome the numerous locations of torn wallpaper all over and unclean furnishings.
Cons: this hotel suffers from a serious case of staff neglect. as one front desk person told me “ they ought to knock this hotel over and build a new one” so many locations of torn wallpaper and unclean furnishings and many other signs of neglec
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Mostly everything
Cons: There wasn't a sign or anything that showed where the 100 rooms where and we got confused lol
6.0 Good
Pros: Gym did not work. Needs auto door. Some light bulb does not work
Cons: Parking lot is not well maintained. Just like a Walmart parking lot.
7.5 Good
Pros: Not much
Cons: Ice machines don’t work, breakfast were poor, bathrooms need remodel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beds are comfortable
Cons: Shower and wash basin were clogged. Breakfast was a disappointment. No toasters. Wonder if they cleaned after the previous guest as there was a big bottle of lotion lying down. The appliances were unplugged and took a while to figure out. Hallways and elevator area need cleaning. Overall I was left with a feeling I could have got a better value for money elsewhere.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location and price.
Cons: The facilities are in need of much repair. The breakfast offered was extremely limited. This property did match the quality I am used when the Wyndham name is on it.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Bed not good very noisely room run down furniture old and dated. Bathroom same way. Hall ways need update. No staff training. Over all fair like a motel 6 or econo lodge. Ed Loudeback ed@levelonehvac.com.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to family
Cons: We stayed in the same room 5 nights under two different bookings, my sheets on my bed were never changed. Mold in the corners of the tub, also ice machines were never working. The TV had problems staying on. Other than close to family we were not real happy.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The thing I liked best was leaving.
Cons: Over charged my card in the tune of $500. Refused to refund. Had to get help from bank. Staff are bullies. Bed bugs, blood on sheets, termites flying around room and sitting in the bathtub. The room smells like stale mold. Stains on floor, broken door lock.

Xenia Country Inn - Xenia - Building

5.0 Okay (68 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Xenia, Xenia Country Inn is a 5-minute drive from Xenia Area Community Theater and 8 minutes from Wiberforce University. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome staff and clean hotel. It's not right on the road so it's private. Environment was safe and friendly. Kids play during day.
Cons: The access road owned by city has a few potholes. They said they'd fix it themselves if they were allowed.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Full of bed bugs and roaches. Staff was rude. Rooms outdated. AC and fridge didn't work. Outdated TV with only one working speaker. The wall in the bathroom had feces smeared on it. Was told we only could get clean bed linens when housekeeping staff was working. The bed did not have actual fitted sheets on the mattress.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Filthy with curtains torn and none of the extras advertised worked. Police there every night. No fresh towels no cleaning room during 4 day stay. Worst travel experience of our life. Tried to get refund but was told bookings.com didn’t allow it.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The daytime staff was very pleasant and trying to do everything to accommodate me.
Cons: The evening staff member was very rude and unprofessional. Also could not get any internet service to work properly. The room was very old and rundown.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It is what it is: old, worn, and hardly luxurious to begin with. But it's reasonably well kept, and the staff were helpful.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Dirty floors, walls and toilet. The springs in the bed made my body sore. Heating unit was so loud that I could not sleep with it on.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The Guy at the desk did not have our rooms , I showed my confirmation and he gave us two rooms next two each other as requested but I paid extra for a Kitchenette which consists of a fridge and microwave. I asked if that was standard in all rooms why am I paying extra he hunched his shoulder but since I worked 8.5 shift came home and backed a uhaul with my daughters college dorm room..two one year babies, three teenagers and a tired husband who also worked 10hrs that day....and drive four hours, I decided to let it go. But when I went to our rooms and saw a dead bug on one bed and what looked like red blood stains on the other I asked to have the bedding changed. He said that was not his job, it was house keepings and they where gone for the night. He offered to take us to some dryers to see if we could find clean bedding. I asked to see another room. The other room had stains on the beds as well and I asked for my money back and we drove until we found another hotel. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay for the money. The location is very good with plenty of access to freeways and restaurants.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful.
Cons: Had to go through 3 rooms to get an acceptable Room.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Nasty smelly rooms and mold in the fridge, ended up paying 4 nights ahead of time and never even using any of them.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The carpet was unvacumed, the flooring in the bathroom is peeling back, the b d looked looking me it was in a crack house is was so disheveled. The screws were still in the walls where painting or pictures use to be hung. It looks like they don’t clean it or spend money for up keep. I could have slept in my truck and felt better. Do not stay here.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great staff.
Cons: No internet, or they did not provide password, no pool.
Deerfield Inn - Xenia - Building

5.6 Okay (156 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Xenia, Deerfield Inn is a 2-minute drive from Xenia Area Community Theater and 7 minutes from Wiberforce University. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Convenient to the location I wanted to be. Loved that the room reserved for dogs is tiled instead of carpeted. Beds and pillows were Very comfortable.
Cons: The whole hotel is backwards to the parking lot. The office is in the back of the building, and there was no light on the doorbell as I got there after hours in the dark and I couldn't figure out how to get in. The sidewalks are very narrow if you are pulling your suitcase. The bathroom had an old popcorn ceiling that was sagging down. Popcorn ceilings should never be installed in such a high humidity area as it is bound to separated and sag. No individual soap or shampoo amenities, liquid body bath dispensers were installed on the sink wall and inside the tub area. The freeway is adjacent to the back of the hotel and could be noisy during high traffic periods. The security bar or chain on the door to the room was missing so your door was secured by just the dead lock.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Facilities need upgradng
Cons: Space
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. I like the regular house keeing that kept the place neat at all times.
Cons: Apart fro coffee it would be nice to have tea in the room also.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beddings and all, including the coffee served
Cons: Add option of tea
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean and the location worked for this trip.
Cons: The bed was horribly squeeky! OMG! Couldn't really rest due to the horrible noise.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room was a good size, the heater worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Location to where I needed to be was okay.
Cons: There were holes and rot in the walls. The shower was absolutely disgusting with rot along the floor behind the toilet. The shower also was falling apart with patch repairs literally done with tape (eye roll). At check in I was informed the internet was out and had been so for the past few days. (The clerk did offer to refund me-good customer service). Last, all walls are paper thin. I've never stayed in that town before and was mislead by the pics of the place online and the 3 star/fair reviews but this place is horrible! Definitely won't be recommending.
4.8 Okay
Pros: First off let me state that we are real customers, not a shill for the hotel. The price was good, and the sheets appeared to be freshly washed. The beds were comfortable & room was generally clean, but a bit run down. Setting was quiet, and the desk clerk was a friendly character. Plenty of hot water, and generally quiet. Location is close to a handful of local & chain restaurants - Xenia is not a large town. Overall opinion: A little sprucing up and a few repairs would go a long way to upgrade this property. Potential to be a very nice local stay.
Cons: I had hoped for more - more what? Well, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of cigarettes (plus some sort of putrid freshener to try and cover it) and had burn marks along the edge of the tub as a testimony. Entry door and latch were sloppy lending no sense of security, and had the weather been cold would have been quite drafty. Shower enclosure had been crudely patched with some sort of epoxy, and the counter space around the sink did not instill a sense of cleanliness. Chunks of ceiling texture were missing with no attempt to repair. No spare blanket, had to strip from the other bed. Day to day cleaning appeared to be good, but longer term repairs and maintenance were poor to absent. Continental breakfast was a bad joke; coffee plus your choice of stale cereals in bulk dispensers, in the 8x8 lobby with 2 tiny tables. I was told at check-in that bagels would also be available in the morning - we skipped this part.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly
Cons: Everything
1.0 Poor
Cons: the showers were dirty, and the rooms smelt bad.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and clean. It waa fully stocked with bathroom amenities as some others may not be...it is in a great area for getting a bite to eat...good pricw no loud or disruptive guests and i will be going back
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: We confirmed our room a month prior and luckily I walked in when i did because they were going to rent out my room to the lady in front of me. And we had a hole in the dirty shower wall

Cons: need redecoration
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable. My wife advised the receptionist in the morning and she informed us that there were controls to make them softer - nothing was said at check-in nor were there any signs posted in the room. Paying for breakfast.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, good food and great location
Cons: One side of the bed was a bit creaky but tolerable
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I can't say enough about this hotel! Been staying here for several years now whenever I'm in town. The staff always is very professional and friendly, no matter what time of day or night you encounter them. The rooms are inviting and comfortable and any noise from other guests is always minimal and never an issue for me. Room service is a nice feature and I enjoy using it when I can. The food is prepared well and arrives quickly. I definitely plan on staying here again next time in in town.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice room with lots of space.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was right off the highway, but it was quiet.
Cons: The door leading outside was rotten around the bottom. I keep stuffing paper towels in the gaps to keep water, bugs, etc. From entering the room. The pool was not open during our entire stay.
1.0 Poor
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: This place is Absolutely the Worst place that we have ever stayed in, not only was it dirty, but after we checked in and was on our way to our room, we see the Coroner taking a body out, SERIOUSLY! And then was told that the person OD... how very sad! Then we go to bed to find out who ever made the bed put the wrong size sheets on AND they were inside out! ..... will never stay there again and I SERIOUSLY do not recommend!
7.0 Good
Pros: Other than the deposit issue, the Staff were friendly, food was typical continental hot breakfast. Room was a decent size with a full size couch and full kitchen. Their "patio" is really a little ledge that looked really unsafe. There was a fireplace in the room. It smelled a little funny and the bathroom area could have used some more attention but over all not to bad for the money I spent and the location is pretty nice too. Close to literally any and everything you could possibly need.
Cons: The only thing that I really didn't like was that they charged my card $100 around 9 o'clock the night of check in and I had already called to let them know I was still traveling but that I would be there. Wouldn't have even minded the charge to my card 1) Because the site says that it could happen and 2) I planned on using my card to pay for the room anyway. But what I did mind was them telling me that I had to pay a $100 deposit and NO WHERE on the site does it say that is something that will happen. Not under Policies and Important Info. Not under Pricing Info. Not under Check Before Your Stay. NO WHERE. If they hadn't allowed me to make the deposit in cash then I wouldn't have had enough money on my CC to be able to pay the deposit and the rates for the 2 nights. On top of that I have to stay until after 10 on my checkout day to make sure that I get my $100 back.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The smell was awful, the floor was dirty, and the guest above us let their children run back and forth ALL night

6.0 Good
Pros: The staff Lisa on night shift was great very helpful and they are pet friendly had our dog with us.
Cons: The directions from google maps in Brookings links were awful not good when pulling a car hauler with a 28' Uhaul and had to pay up front and large deposit wanted to pay cash but no one could refund the deposits until three hours after we would be gone. That sucks if they take it should be able to return when I leave not at there convince. The breakfast was poor eggs over cooked sausage under cooked and signs every where no food to be taken from the area Have always taken the room try and got breakfast and taken to the room. So bring your own or plan to eat somewhere else.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was great and the ability to stay as a family of 5 in one room was extremely convenient. We loved the layout of the room. The front desk staff was extremely personable and friendly.
Cons: The hotel was EXTREMELY run-down. The sinks leaked, the pull-out couch mattress was stained and torn. The bathrooms were dirty. People were smoking pot in the parking lot and below so our room smelled very bad. Majority of other guests lived at the hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing at all

6.0 Good

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The price is competitive and the location is quite convenient to many dining locations and local sites to see.
Cons: The hotel is dated and could use a refresh. Repainting and repairs are poorly done. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. AC could never seem to get the room cold. Breakfast had many items out. No place to sit, but you can’t take food out eithe
7.0 Good
Pros: There was a full kitchen so we could keep and prep food. The pool was also a great amenity. The room size and layout were pleasantly and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The hotel seems to attract guests who were loud and inconsiderate. It was an older hotel and could use an facelift and better upkeep. Ceiling leaks and unsightly details made it seem a little seedy. The desk clearly was unprofessional.

1.0 Poor
Pros: I was told that I had to leave for no reason because my card didn't have anything left to charge extra
Cons: I was told to leave during a level 2 snow emergency. I called Anton's taxi service and Clean Cab because all I had was cash. Neither Cab company was allowing Drivers. This was after midnight btw.

Pros: It was a decent motel for the price ... no complaints.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Price of room
Cons: Smoking smell in room and hallway. Broken handles, bathroom fan missing. In daughter's room, she found bed bugs in the towels. Would never stay here or at another Microtel Inn again. I will pay more next time to avoid a hotel like this.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfortable bed and easy access shower.
Cons: Breakfast was not up to par. Perhaps it's due to the virus situation in America. I did manage to find a yogurt and orange juice.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I should have listened to my instinct and walked away but, I discided to give it a chance. Once I got to the room you could tell it was cleaned but had permitted stains on funiture. So I didn't complain because I figured they did the best they could given that besides the stains it was decently clean. The nightmare stared that night. After I got back to the room after stepping out for a few hours I realized that the TV did not work. I called down to tell them. They told me someone was coming to fix it , and they never did. Then, I went to turn on the heat and it only blew out luke-warm/ cold air. I call them about it and not one came or offers any consultation. Then, they don't have real comfortors on the bed so, I called again and asked if I could get one. I was told that they do not have comfortors and that they use a "3 blanket system". So I asked if I could have another blanket, he responded " you will have to wait til 9 until the housekeeper gets here". Lastly, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I didn't notice until morning when I go ready to take one. When I go ready to check out I talk manager he was very rude but did offer me another night but I declined
5.0 Okay
Pros: No breakfast due to virus but no alternative given, no guests after 10 because it’s apparently a dormitory but other than that it was cool and comfy.

Pros: The price of the room.
Cons: The room was the size of a walk-in closet with a bed, it was falling apart and the bathtub was even worst. Breakfast was yogurt, biscuit and gravy or cereal. No type of proteins, but for the price you pay I guess that’s what you get.

This hotel has facilities measuring 6272 square feet (564 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request).
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to the convention center
Cons: Room was dated and dirty
6.0 Good
Pros: Did not use the restaurant so I cannot rate the food or service staff. Prefer not to have housekeeping make up room during short stays but they were very "on top" of that issue and hung fresh toiletries on the door handle but did not violate our "Do Not Disturb" placard. The staff was very pleasant and cooperative. The location is great and within easy walking distance of our favorite Dayton neighborhood, The Oregon Historical District. It was also only about a 2 minute commute to the conference center where I attended a medical conference.
Cons: We didn't have any cold water until the morning we checked out. Able to work around that by letting hot water run long enough that it became pleasant for shower. Was not worth requesting another room for. One of elevators didn't work well and floor lights did not illuminate. There is not on-site parking but the public parking garage is not far and their is an enclosed walk-way that runs from the hotel to the parking garage. Parking tickets were validated so there was no charge for parking (GREAT!).

Pros: Peaceful
Cons: Bed a little soft, woke up with a stiff neck
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was the best thing about it.
Cons: The rooms are definitely old and outdated. The bathroom smelled so horribly with a toilet seat that looks like it needed to be removedand replaced.

Cons: Cleanliness was a problem. Outside Hotel rundown and the rooms looked unkept. Toilet stains & blood stains on lamp shade.

Pros: Staff were nice and everything was great
Cons: The neighborhood was very creepy, we had people asking us for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the room very much. I liked the rooftop bar very much. I was glad that I went up there. The bar staff was very nice to my girlfriend and I.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is close to the convention center and restaurants. It’s easy to get around the city from there.
Cons: My first room was 58 degrees. At least the front desk worked quickly to change my room. I was overcharged for my room, not given my breakfast vouchers, and not informed of the incidental charge that would be placed on my bill. I should have known about the charge however most facilities put a hold on it the release when you check out. Not here, I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get it credited back to my account. In the meantime, I’m paying interest on the $50. Plus I missed one day of breakfast! I’ll own that one for not asking. Next, I had to go down 2 floors to find a working ice machine. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just make sure you are being charged the agreed price.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very close to parking garage and convention center which was extremely convenient
Cons: Room and bathroom very small and a bit outdated for price we paid. Bathroom was so very tiny
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I booked a single king room online. When I got there, they were out of king rooms and I was given a single queen. The room was handicap accessible and when you took a shower, water went all over the floor. Stuff on walls and no towels in room

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff
Cons: Desktop and table dusty. Apparently floor in the room had not been recently swept

Cons: We like a restaurant where you can order breakfast not one that is sitting around for hours
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with restaurants nearby.
Cons: I didn't like the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors talking at the crack of dawn. They need better parking lot security. We were approached by a panhandler asking for $60 to pay his hotel bill.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: What is the most amazing about this hotel is their indoor / outdoor pool. We also like the complimentary dinner and breakfast the following day.
Cons: What is disappointing is that the fireplace was not lit, and the staff said that they were not allowed to light it. The other, somewhat minor issue, is that there is no ventilation in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. They had a kickstarter where they have buffet of food and you can have 3 drinks each, and it was all inclusive! Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was clean, we had a jacuzzi in our room. Loved it all!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Looked like they would have had a great free breakfast but because of the coronavirus they only had fruit and individually wrapped Danish, coffee. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Located too far from I-75. About 9 Km. Location otherwise was great for gas, restaurants and Meijer store right across the road. The top sheets on our beds looked like they hadn't been changed they were all crushed like someone had slept there.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice and so was the staff. The free breakfast was very good.
Cons: There were a lot of "Locals" staying at the hotel and they were all very loud. It was hard to sleep. Also the neighborhood was not very safe. People were walking around everywhere after dark. There were footprints in the snow comint right to our window where it looked like someone was looking in. I would reccomend staying in Dayton, not west dayton/englewood.
5.0 Okay
Cons: elevator drenched in blood and finger nails from a fight that started in a room and moved into elevator continued in parking lot til police arrived

4.2 Okay
Pros: The check in process was smooth and easy as expected.
Cons: Double Tree/ Grand Hotel Dayton downtown was a disappointment. The check in process was smooth and easy as expected. The condition of the room was a disappointment to say the least. I am going to be specific with my list my numerous points to this comment beginning with the room temperature that was never completely fix even after we brought this to the staffs attention. The floor underneath the carpeting was loose and bowed. This presented a serious trip hazard. One of old windows could not be locked to eliminate the cold chill coming into the room. One of the closet doors did not have the mechanism attracted to the door allowing the door to hang in the track. The celling had water spots in the room and in the lobby. There was derby and dead bugs alongside, behind and underneath the bed and bath room vanity. The parking garage did not have entrances into the hotel or a stairway to enter in to the hotel. We were forced to walk down the ramp or use the outside stairs to gain access to the ground floor entryway. I have photographic evidence to support all of my concerns. It is my understanding that Hilton is in the process of assuming ownership of this facility. I wish the Hilton chain that I use when I travel for business and pleasure good luck on bringing this hotel up to the Hilton standard.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: No tv. No hot water. No human life in the hotel. Do not go there
Cons: Couldn't take a shower. Couldn't watch TV. No amenities. Should close while doing renovations. Or let guests stay for free
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: It is right downtown in Dayton, so if for some reason you are here for business it is convenient.
Cons: Oh where to start? Our door handle for the room fell off, the closet door was completely unattached, the view from our window looked directly into another room about 4 feet away. Nothing in the hotel, with the exception of the elevators, works. Even the entrance to the parking garage is closed.
7.4 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and clean.
Cons: was worried about bed bugs b/c one reviewer claimed to have caught bedbugs there. I did not notice any sign of bedbugs.
5.6 Okay
Pros: Location and Architecture
Cons: Needs a facelift
5.1 Okay
Cons: Missed my wake up call. I specifically went down to the desk and asked for one. Not cool I almost missed my morning meeting. No am breakfast options. Kinda old and dingy
4.0 Okay
Pros: I was shocked that the room we stayed in had a terrible smell of old furniture. Our TV was not a flat screen that's all I want to express at time. I was not happy with my stay at all.
Cons: Our room smelled of old furniture and our TV was not a flat screen.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: This was a TERRIBLE hotel. I left after three hours due to safety concerns. There was a huge blood stain in the hallway. Bed bugs. markings on the wall. Lotion splattered on the mirrors. Fixtures falling apart. HOLES in the ceiling and walls. Hookers downstairs. There was NO lobby. Did not look like ANY of the pictures you or the website advertised. I was mortified. No security whatsoever.
4.2 Okay
Pros: I needed a room with two beds and the hotel where my conference was did not have any rooms with two beds available at the time I tried to reserve. The Grand did, and for slightly less than the other hotel's special conference rate.
Cons: My criteria for a hotel room is that the door locks, the bed is clean, the toilet works, and the shower works. Well, the bed was clean and the shower worked. In the morning after checkin, the toilet didn't flush because the tank wasn't filling. And it's not because the flapper valve was letting the water drain into the commode, it's because there was no water flowing into the tank at all. On the way out, I notified the front desk. Upon returning to the hotel later in the day, when I flushed the toilet, the pipes resonated and sounded exactly like a foghorn for the 2 minutes or so it took to fill the toilet tank. Calls to the font desk to report this (and to let them hear it) went unanswered. I reported this in person at the front desk on my way out again. For the rest of the stay (three more nights) the toilet intermittently sounded its foghorn and leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The floor was wet until we checked out. As for the door, it locked, but getting it unlocked was the problem. We had about 5 or 6 pairs of keys made during our stay (only one of which was my fault for leaving the keys in the room). Every time a key was made to maintenance to check on the toilet, it disabled all the other existing keys. And of course, staff also seems to make one-day keys without bothering to ask how long the stay is so that the key will work until checkout. I wouldn't have stayed here in the first place had the right room been available in the other hotel (within walking distance), and despite the allowances for the fact that renovations are going on, I don't think I'll be back.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: They said, twice, in response to a special request for a room with two beds, that they would do so. When we got there, a rather disinterested desk person said they couldn't, and because the reservation was made through bookings.com, they couldn't do anything about that or a request for a price adjustment for the inconvenience. The desk person, the next morning had no problem finding us a different room, with two beds.

Cons: The coffee had grounds in it the first day but my husband showed one of the kitchen employees. Since then it has been good so we are thankful they cared enough to fix the problem.

2.8 Mediocre
Cons: We confirmed our room a month prior and luckily I walked in when i did because they were going to rent out my room to the lady in front of me. And we had a hole in the dirty shower wall
