close to the highway. great breakfast in the diner next door.
tiny beds. Beds were so hard it was like laying on a rock. This hotel does not have any queen beds. They only have full size beds. The night front desk lady was a little rude. they don't have any cribs for babies either.
The staff member who checked me in was not friendly at all.
Made all accommodations for my disability. I was very thankful and comfortable.
The room is laid out perfectly. Outlets by bed. Free wi-fi. Sink outside the bathroom. Dark, sun blocking curtains. Free breakfast at the diner. Great fitness facility. Offerings actually exceed much more expensive hotels. Very impressed. Clean rooms!
The amazing breakfast, friendly staff and fitness center
No crib for my baby, beds were advertized as king but were smaller than queen. Moved bed against the wall so my baby would toll off and carpet was very dusty

Staff at Check-in desk super helpful
The Diner next door has terrible food.. if you wish to provide free breakfast, find another place
stop ,rest and go place. 24 hours food place next to the hotel.
It was clean! It was a good place to stop. It wasn't fancy, but was safe and pleasent.
good for one night, when on road trip in desert, not more than that
not much of an included breakfast, had to order stuff a la carte at diner next door, dont even bother, better places in barstow
It was very clean, and the diner was very good, great food and service
IN the middle of no where. No landscaping. No place to eat or get gas. Very few English speaking people. Felt like I was 'on the hood'. We did not stay but left after viewing.
The location near the freeway and simplicity to parking.
The hotel stay was loud all night long. My family was up all night due to the noise.
Location is right off Hwy 15 - close to Calico Ghost Town. Cute diner right next door.
Truly in the middle of nowhere but well located to Hwy.
After crossing the AZ/CA desert I was glad to arrive but I was greeted by a very rude and abraisive desk clerk. I asked what I had done to deserve such treatment and got only a shrug. The room was ok. The hotel is right on the Intrestate so it is quite noisy from the truck traffic. There is no in room coffee or breakfast. The hotel is the dormatory for railroad workers Nice friendly guys but I think they set the standard for the facility. I asked about the diner and was told it was so-so. I passed on it. I would not stay there again.
Made the reservation online from the middle of the desert and upon arrival they weren't able to access the reservation, so they ended up giving us the room for $* LESS than the reservation stated. Also threw in coupons for the diner next door and we ended up getting 2 huge breakfasts for the price of our 2 coffees. Great food by the way. Cheap (relatively speaking) gasoline nearby. Basic room with king-sized bed with a fridge and microwave. Our non-smoking room smelled as though a recent guest smoked in the room anyways, although it wasn't overwhelming and after a few minutes we couldn't smell it anymore. Our room faced the interstate and you could faintly hear big-rigs go by, but it was never loud enough to wake me and I'm not a heavy sleeper. This place is a pretty good deal and rooms in nearby Barstow were easily 30-50% more expensive.
This was the second time we've stayed there en route to Utah and back. It's as expected, a clean, comfortable place to spend the night. The diner breakfast deal is good, you can get anything on the menu, and a beverage.\nThe staff is friendly , and helped me fing my watch my 2 year old hid in the room and we were leaving.\nBathroom, room, clean, carpet felt a bit in need of a clean tho...\nFood at diner is 1950's theme burgers and such, good also.\nI'll be back next year.\n
