Pros: The crew was ok

Cons: The temperature in the plane was freezing, and there were no blankets. The crew couldn't control passengers that did not follow the flight rules.

Cons: Well to make it short, I am about 5'7" and still felt the seats were very closely placed and for long trips it is awfully uncomfortable. The airplanes are very old!!

Cons: The company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Pros: The ticket was not expensive, the carry on luggage allowance is 7kgs and 5kgs for a laptop etc with 23kgs check-in

Pros: Ground staff (check-in) not the happiest or most welcoming.

Cons: Other airlines give a warm welcome. Getting to airport, plus the run up to a trip can be stressful. It is also where for me the holiday/trip begins and a smile, or even a 'have a good holiday/trip' said genuinely would really get things off to good start. I felt depressed.

Cons: They charge 15 euros per boarding pass print out . I had to pay 75 euros for 5 pieces of printed paper.their website was down we couldn't register online . They are very strict about weight. Will bot forgive you extra 100grams. Money hungry airline.Charges money for everything

Cons: Very long check-in line which went very slow because they charge for printing boarding passes and many people did not have theirs printed, leading to confusion. The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available.
