Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

I ended up purchasing a new round trip airfare 4 hours before departure which cost me $1000 more than what I paid for my original flights. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress during this period again with no help from the agents. I expect someone to get back to me regarding this and offer some options on how to make this situation right."

The AL staff at the airport told us that we should have booked through them directly but as you know the flight prices would then have been several hundred dollars additional for each. Seats were SO CLOSE, way too close for a 6+ hour flight Crew allowed passengers to drink alcohol until they were totally inebriated, which was unpleasant for many of us"

Pros: "Good flight. Friendly crew members. We checked our carry on because the flight was full and the attendants said that they wouldn’t have room for all the bags. Checking the bags was very easy and we got to board the plane first."

Since all healthcare providers recommend that one must drink water on a flight to stay hydrated and healthy, a complimentary bottle of water would have supported healthy travel. Due to a short layover in Heathrow, I had no time to fill my own water bottle."

Many passengers had carry-ons that probably weighed as much as my luggage, yet I have to pay a huge fee. Plus, extra charge to choose a seat, and not even a glass of water on the flight. Last time I choose to fly British Airlines."

Pros: "The BA agent after immigration did a wonderful job getting us on the next flight, which saved us from losing our entire vacation."
Cons: "The luggage took 45 minutes to arrive at which point we only managed to still get our rental car due to an extremely helpful Europcar agent. Otherwise, we would have been stranded at Glasgow airport overnight and would have lost our hotel reservation."

Cons: "British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Cons: "Boarding by bus, late, expensive, bag fee, no drink."

Pros: "I like the comfort of the BA planes even for such a short hop, efficient service and fast."
Cons: "Shame the service no longer includes a complimentary snack/drink, especially as the prices have not changed. Doesn't encourage brand loyalty, although on that route BA sadly have the monopoly."

Cons: "British Airways carrier American Airlines was not clearly notified on tickets/boarding passes/itineraries nor was there any communication between the carriers, so when I checked into British Airways I got no help expediting my check in at American. It was confusing and no one was helpful and instead flip. At American every interaction, whether about connecting flight boarding passes, my five and half hour delay or seating left me feeling unimportant and disrespected. I will never use either airline again nor Kayak"

Cons: "Customs clearance que was ridiculous, a massive line that was slow moving. Took well over an hour and got out of control as many people on the flight tried to fight there way to the front. I’ve traveled to many many countries over 30 years and it’s one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The one easyjet person that we could find had no clue and all he could do was try and hurry everyone up which added to the panic and made it worse. I won’t be rushing back to france."

Cons: "The intake of passengers and check in was horrible and embarrassingly slow. It was a poor logistical plan and handled poorly by your onsite staff. And your rules compound the problem. The same for the arrival! The cheap fare was evidently offset by what seemed like a mile walk to customs after we got off the bus. Again it is poor logistics and planning."

Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Cons: "Delays seem inevitable with EasyJet on the Belfast route. I can't remember the last time we had one that wasn't delayed by more than half an hour. The scheduled time is longer than any flight has taken, but I think this is actually a realistic approach given the probability of a delay. There is an issue with 2-3 year olds and seat belts - they are not allowed to travel on a parent's lap, but they can wriggle out a lap belt easily and so are unsecured."

Cons: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."
