Cons: The seats are broken and the crew treats the passengers like they do not matter.
Pros: Good airport and nice crew
Pros: I am still in one piece after flying.
Cons: The crew (and people before boarding) were kind of rude (e.g. mean tones, not really smiling, etc.).
Pros: Almost 2 hours delay, crew couldn't confirm if our connection flight in Cologne will wait for us. It was very stressful.

Cons: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.

Cons: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats

Pros: Not much, except that I got to Nashville.
Cons: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: They charged for drinks, even soft drinks! There were three annoying children sitting behind us all under the age of 8. They were unsupervised. I didn't think airlines would allow an entire row of kids to sit like this without an adult sitting with them. Their mother was across the aisle.

Pros: Bas crew service since economy. All the time i see bottle of water and when i ask for one the answr js always no bottle will bring a cup and disapear. Crew just allowed people. To stand and have a chit chat outloud next to people trying to sleep. It happened 3 times.
Cons: Bathroom are so dirty. Windows are dirty. Food tray is dirty. I wonder if a deep cleaning is done everytime the trip is over. Plz upgrade ur planes as well.
Cons: The planes floor plan showed bathrooms which I avoided. But there were none at that spot so we lost out on more comfy seats.
