These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Our flight from Nice to Newark ran an hour late, and the food was mediocre, but it was fine. The problem was that we were scheduled to have a 4.5-hour layover in Newark, but then our flight to RDU was almost four hours late, finally departing at almost 11:30 p.m. We understand that flight delays were caused by weather problems in the East. However, there were at least two times, when were told that we would begin boarding in just a few minutes, only to have the flight delayed another 1.0-1.5 hours. This meant that we would leave a restaurant or the United Club, go to the gate, only to learn that there would be another major delay. Poor planning and/or communication.

Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.

Staff were not attentive, wifi did not work, cut my head in the bathroom due to the position of the soap on the sink, had blood running down my face, told staff, they had no expression no sympathy, didn't even say "sorry", they said "oh we will have a look at that" about 10 mins later the purser brought me a bandaid, still no sorry.... Shocking

My food prefer was confirmed by email 2x and still the crew claim they had no pre-order. I taken ill while in India so I needed to avoid Indian sauces and spices, so the problem with the preorder was unacceptable. Additionally, is there a new rule to automatically not to disturb passengers? I would like this as an option. Lastly, for breakfast I needed to avoid Indian and I’m allergic to eggs.. therefore the only option was pancakes and guess what was not available!!!

It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.

The comfortability was very good. Except, when entering the craft the the first steward never greeted us upon entering the airplane. He spoke too fast where his words were all jumbled and difficult to understand.

Jet blue was great But the Jayak system Wasa pure nightmare and wasted so much of my time and energy by not giving me a way to access jet blue to check in the flight back I didn’t even get the number confirmation code 24 hours before. Because I didn’t receive the email with the confirmation code I could NoT CHECk IN. I spoke to a kayak third party and they informed me I could not carry a carry on, on the flight which caused me so much extra stress it was just too much. You can be sure I will not be using it recommending your site. Again.

My experience with JetBlue was fine BUT I am very upset with Kayak! JetBlue had delayed our scheduled departure by an hour and you NEVER notified me of the change. I did not hear directly from JetBlue because the trip was booked through Kayak, a mistake I will not repeat. Your reminder of the our trip last week still had the WRONG departure time. Our return trip has also changed, and again no notice from you.

Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.

Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.

Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.

1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.

Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.

The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.

Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.

Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Flight entertainment was mediocre with very poor choices especially for business class cabin. Original flight was cancelled and rebooking was difficult and no reason given for cancellation.

Los Angeles to London. 25th of April 2026. Business class. I was flying backwards with a complete stranger snoring next to me. In Business class. Males and females, strangers lying next to each other. Seats were backwards. I paid for comfort. I got dizziness and stress.

I was downgraded from business class to economy class with no compensation. American Airlines is absolutely the worst airline for international travel. They treat their business class customers like dogs.

It was great overall. A few slight improvements could be made on the onboarding process at the Gates with announcements and clarity of communications (both at the gate and in flight). The movies in the entertainment options could be improved for bollywood, hollywood.

Airbus A350 is poorly designed for wheelchair users and reduced mobility passengers. The angle of the pods makes it awkward to transfer. I was able to but I have ab stability. It could be a real challenge for people with more severe mobility impairments. You'd think Airbus would have come up with a solution for this or thought more about us disabled folks more when designing this aircraft.

The crew on the flight were not particularly pleasant and fluid restriction was an issue. I was not allowed to fill my water bottle. Crew didn't check on passengers other than meal service.

Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
