Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.

Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

EWR terminal C United Club is great. Flight and everything else mediocre

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

Boarding went well, staff was friendly. Food was not goods at all. I had ordered vegan meal. The seat I picked didn’t have storage area in the front and so had to put my small back pack at the top.my flight to Bangalore from Munich, the tv was broken so I got complimentary wifi which never worked. Food there too wasn’t good. I had paid extra for the seats. The only good thing is that the fact we have a flight direct from Charlotte to Bangalore with one stop in Munich!

All good, useful to have the united app from check in to boarding

Worst and most inattentive in-flight service I've ever had.

United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.

United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average,

The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

I’m hoping for WiFi included. Everything else was very good

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. It’s comparable to flying Spirit Airlines or Frontier airlines in America. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are. We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water.

The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty.

Terrible! I missed my flight to my final destination and British airlines and American Airlines keep pointing fingers on each other’s. Nobody wants to take responsibility

Overall, terrific service, accommodations, and experience. Only reason comfort was rated lower was because it was difficult to keep a comfortable sleeping position for the overnight flight, but I also had an economy seat.

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Very cramped seats in economy, difficult to get comfortable with your legs and feet and back. The seat width is ok but I’m average size. Food is HORRIBLE. Crew is friendly. Delays and very tight connections made it tough for navigating. We would have missed our connecting flight if it wasn’t delayed too. The terminal transit was slow and normally every 10 minutes before 8pm, after 8 pm is every 30 minutes!!!!! No free wine or drinks!! Below average attitude.

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!
