Cons: Despite leaving on time, the flight usually arrives about 1 hour behind schedule. We took 4 flights with Air China and all 4 arrived to the gate about an hour after scheduled.

Cons: Transfer at Nanjing is horrible. There is no transfer hall so connecting passengers have their passports confiscated and are locked in a room like criminals for HOURS. People were crying, others did not understand what was happening and they were panicking. It was a truly awful experience!

Cons: Late BA flight made sure I had to wait 7 hours to catch and EVA air flight. I want my money back. I paid 1000 to flight British Airways not to be crammed on a flight as a show away. Super uncomfortable seat on EVA and a terrible experience. I fell on the plane.

Cons: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.
Pros: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.
Cons: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.

Cons: The terminal for Phillipine airlines is greatly lacking. There are hardly any amenities and unless you get there before 0900 the next connecting flight is not until 2300. There need to be improvements on at least one for us to ever fly this route again.

Pros: The crew was not very unhelpful & hardly accommodating, not helpful at all. I have never met such a cold hearted airline crew, so unthankful & not trying to help customer. They kept rolling their eyes & speaking like I was a dirt. I will NEVER fly this airline & I will make sure everyone knows.
Cons: Came early to counter & my passport expires August 9th, so they refuse to help me & did not let me go on board even though I had approval from Jordanian country to fly there. Austerian ticket crew & supervisor did not want even to check the pass through to board with permission. The WORSE airline!!!

Pros: The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry.
Cons: The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room.

Cons: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.
Pros: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: Bad quality meal, worn out plane, entertainment system is broken and the crew just reset it once and didn't help and they didn't do anything about it. The movies are ridiculously old. Asked for exit seat and they said for that I have to pay $80 more. I asked for water, they said they will bring it andbthey never did.

Pros: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.
Cons: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Pros: This leg was continuation of flight that began in Xiamen. Same plane and crew. 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Cons: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.

Pros: Flew business class. Cabin crew was some of the most attentive I have experienced. Food was very good and nicely presented. Pillows could be better, but had two. Same with blankets. One thick and puffy, the other lighter. Nice for temperature regulation.
Cons: First leg lax - Tao delayed almost 3 hours. Fortunately the 2nd leg was delayed 1.5 hours. 3rd leg on this itinerary was also delayed, I could have made the flight, but they gave my seat away. It was a bit of a Charlie Foxtrot rearranging flights and overnighting Hotel. 2.5 hours. A supervisor was needed to sort it all out. We will see if the above was bad circumstances or not. I run the same itinerary in reverse on the way home in a week.
