Cons: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...

Cons: This grievance has to do with AMM airport. If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it.
Pros: Professional flight attendants, kept a good schedule of offering refreshments and meals. Such a difficult task to be attentive to a passenger list that probably spoke more than 10 languages. Polite and patient throughout.
Cons: my bag was held in amman. when I was going through customs and my bag didn't appear, I approached a team member who already had my name on a list of people whose bags were delayed.. Would have saved me some time if they called the names of the passengers with delayed bags so we wouldn't be waiting for the bags to appear. No answers to my calls , then when finally got some one they gave me another number and kept on calling till some one answerd and simple reply was was Can’t accept your claim . You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand.
