Pros: Crew onboard was nice and helpful
Cons: No power outlets at my seat meant that my purchase of internet was pointless after my computer died and I couldn’t recharge it. My bag was checked despite being a priority Gold customer even though I pleaded with them to let me take my bag on board. When I got to my seat, there was plenty of room
Cons: The delayed flight was an issue, this caused me to miss my connecting flight. Punctuality is very important to me and should be to your airline.

Pros: I was able to finish a movie I started on a different flight and found an additional enjoyable movie to watch.
Cons: The airplane was uncomfortably hot. The flight attendant apologized and said it would cool off at cruising altitude. It never cooled off. The flight was full and very crowded. I was in the last boarding group even though my seat was in row 17. They required me to check my carryon due to space.
Cons: Delayed more than 2 hours
Pros: United has done a lot to update and modernize their terminals. Easy access to food, charging outlets, comfortable seating, and an open atmosphere made my layover quite pleasant.
Pros: The flight was on time... that is about all...
Cons: Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything. First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...
Pros: It was a stressful experience, arriving late for ur connection flight and find out u cant get to ur destination. I would say that they did compliment us with a very nice hotel so i apologize for the bad review i understand u cant do anything about the weather but was amazed with the hotel
Cons: Flight missed connection. United wanted to reroute my entire flight flying coach even though I paid for business. They refused to give me a seat from sfo to lax. Also, they refused to reimburse me for the difference in the two l velsnof service.
Pros: Captain kept us updated on everything going on, he made up time and got us to Austin pretty much on time. Staff was friendly. Huge plus was Houston’s terminal updates for United with iPads to order food - made it quick and easy to eat and run!
Cons: Gate was changed and Houston is a huge airport so lots of walking, flight was delayed, no snacks and only room temp water offered, no entertainment provided
