The transfer flight was a disaster - see above. We dragged a car seat to the plane and dropped it off before we boarded. Upon landing, there was no car seat to be found. We were told to go to baggage as it would be there. We waited for over an hour for it to come through and it never did. Again no ground staff available to assist. Airport security advised to go BA office. They located the car seat in London. It never made the flight?! We arrived Wed and the car seat wasn't delivered until Friday. Again, no contact from anyone. I received a call from the courier when I was out. Overall, atrocious customer service from BA

Larger seats, TV Monitors, headphones and pillow immediately available, meals and snacks and in-between water and tea services, Crew was outstanding. Boarding seemed awkward at the last since families and rest of seats load at one time at the last but still doable. I enjoyed my flight. Thank you.

My connection was delayed and they changed the gate at the last minute so I had to run through the airport to make my flight to Dc. This has by far been the worst travel situation and it really put a damper on my trip.

This whole travel experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth about flying with this airline. Even my flight on the way back was a nightmare. The flight was closed early and I missed my flight and had to get on a later flight out of Heathrow. My connection was delayed and they changed the gate at the last minute so I had to run through the airport to make my flight to Dc. This has by far been the worst travel situation and it really put a damper on my trip.

Entertainment, quick de boarding, food tastes good, free drinks

Extra long boarding process and the air conditioner was broken. We sat there like that for at least 30 minutes. Also, the airline had overbooked so we weren't able to check in the day before and pick our seats. That was a huge inconvenience.
