Cons: poor customer experience, ridiculous bag fees, horrible seats
Pros: Friendly crew, arrived 40 minutes early.
Cons: Seat wouldn’t recline.
Cons: The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport
Pros: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Cons: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.
Pros: I hve never had a so aoft landing, the pilots were the best!
Pros: Great friendly crew. Efficient systems.
Cons: Tight seats. Very little leg room.
Pros: Crew was lovely! Friendly and happy. Well organized and responsive.
Cons: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Pros: Food/ staff/access to TV/movies etc!
Pros: Service on Swiss Air is great!
Cons: No TSA checkin at Newark.
Pros: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Cons: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
