Pros: "Although a late take off we managed to arrive 3 minutes early!"
Cons: "Nothing, keep up the good service!"
Cons: "Knees pressed up against the chair in front. Being tall means an uncomfortable ride. I was not paying £29 for an emergency seat."
Pros: "The seat was comfortable when it came leg room"
Pros: "That we landed safe, there was a good choice of movies."
Cons: "The seats on our return leg were much more cramped & did not have as much legroom as the outbound flight. There were no meals available for me that did not contain cheese. There were not sufficient choices of spirits & we were only offed a drink once in the flight. I have flown with BA for 30 years now. This was absolutley the worst flight I have been on."
Pros: "Fast boarding with group number priority"
Cons: "No complementary rescteshments. You had to pay and only pay by card."
Pros: "I like that we were on time for departure"
Cons: "The speed boarding it was confusing,no one was there in the que until they called you to board then People starting to come up from the que that was already there. Speedy boarding should be exactly that."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "Good service, boarded quick and landed early"
Pros: "The plane got from a to b safely"
Cons: "The food was dreadful. Both the gluten free and regular meals. Tasteless and unimaginative. Very dodgy landing. The time of arrival given by the airline prior to flying did not take into account the fact that the clocks went back. So our pickup was delayed. Not good at 4 am"
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "Friendly cabin crew"
Cons: "Long delays, little communication, stuffed into a hot bus before the plane was cleaned - not allowed off the bus, no air conditioning and kids crying whilst we were trapped for a while in the bus."
Pros: "Captain kept passengers informed on everything, great flight, helpful crew, fantastic entertainment system."
Cons: "Leg room isn’t great for such can’t a long flight and the food was not the greatest."
Pros: "most pleasant flight i have had. Crew were perfect"
Pros: "Despite all the “delays” it actually arrived on time."
Cons: "First it was on time (this morning t-12 hrs) Then it was delayed (delayed incoming flight) Then the plane changed and was on time Then something weird happend, departure was on time, arrival was delayed by 2 hours. Of course, officially there was no delay as departure was still on schedule - but “departure” just means everyone is boarded and plane door is shut, you could still be sitting on an empty stand on the tarmac for two+ hours. Complaints ensued. Captain rerouted plane. Back on time. Arriving at LGW is ridiculous - only 3!!!! THREE! Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. So that delay of 1 hour plus still occurred just within the airport. #ThisIsBrexitBritain #BrokenBritain #PeopleJustDoNothing #NothingWorks #AlexCruzIsACunt"
Cons: "The complete lack of help from BA staff after I missed my flight. No helpful suggestions at all when I asked for guidance. Just 'the flight is closed and there are no more seats left today'."
Cons: "I understand the flight was delayed because of the thunderstorm, but even then, the boarding process was horrible, at the airport they didn't know what was going on and people could board with no logic. It's also unbelievable that with a flight with such a delay, where we were told that at the gate that there was a limited amount of food on board, whatever was available (even water) was not kindly offered, but was on sale only."
Pros: "Nothing. Delayed. Waiting around a lot. No satisfactory explanation."
Cons: "Delays. Poor communication. Disappointment that you can now count on BA to be worse than just about all other airlines."
Pros: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."
Pros: "I recently had a difficult time returning to Italy and the part of the journey handled by BA was excellent. They were kind and helpful."
Pros: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."
Pros: "It got me to where needed to get to. First flight in 12 months that wasn’t delayed."
Cons: "Poor value for money. The food & drink selection (that you have to pay for) is abysmal. UK Border is a joke, 20+ passport desks but only 2 are ever occupied, ePassport gate DOESNT work (won’t eork if you have kids). Zero f**ks given. #BrexitBritain #BrokenBritain"
Pros: "Crew and drink selection"
Cons: "3/4 of a sandwich for afternoon tea beyond a joke Barcelona lounge not great"
Pros: "Nothing. Not one redeeming thing to say. What a shame."
Cons: "Everything. Massive delay, but not that much as it was JUST before the threshold (by 5 minutes), cheats. Radio failure was the excuse, followed by crew change - yeah, right, not buying that one - more like radio was fine, but crew wanted to chip off work early and avoid last flight (common tactic for a demoralised/unionised workforce). Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."
Pros: "Flight was punctual, left on time and arrived in Gatwick early."
Cons: "Took 2 hours 20 mins to be offered in flight catering on a 2 hour 30 min flight. Next time will be bringing my own food and drink."
Cons: "Flight full takes longer time for boarding . But staff was nice and efficient . Lots of leg room comfortable chairs."
Pros: "The team on board is always trying their best and work hard to make it comfortable."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for almost an hour after boarding which isn't the end of the world but to sit on the plane is worst than waiting for it. They had one disabled customer who screamed all night and to be honest, again, not much you can do about it but it kept everyone awake on an overnight flight. Would've been nice if they had handled the customer."
Cons: "Terrible catering Seat comfort horrible worse than low cost Lounge overcrowded with no seat and no food left"
Pros: "Dealt nicely"
Cons: "Not much different that cheap airlines"
Pros: "The flight was one hour delayed however the captain was extremely good in 1)explaining in details the reason for the delay (air traffic control and parking slot issues) 2) allowing us to take pics in the cockpit! It turned out to be a memorable experience! In terms of customer care, it doesn't get any better, thanks captain!"
Cons: "Delays are never good...."
Pros: "Nothing - I arrived eventually."
Cons: "Undue stress, over booked flight, lost luggage. Zero customer service. Will never fly BA again."
Pros: "We landed and I could get off the aircraft. The flight was early - although it meant my transport was late."
Cons: "Check in process chaotic and little information. Why does he in flight menu not have any gluten free options other than crisps or cake or fruit? Would you be happy with this on a 3 hr flight?"
Cons: "M&S Food menu is limited as it is - they then also run out of most items and couldnt serve passengers on a 5 hour flight.."
Pros: "The crew were pleasant and polite. Energetic, good ambassadors for BA."
Cons: "The plane was dirty. My tray table hadn't been wiped down in a long time, and the prior passenger's used flight socks had not been removed from the drawer. The pillow was laughable - - flat as a pancake. . One of the business class lavs was out of service. . This was an overused 777 desperately in need of a refurbishment. And don't get me started on the ridiculous 2-4-2 seating in business class. How does BA think it can get away with it, when competitors offer 1-2-1?"
Cons: "Very bed I will never use this service iny more"
Pros: "Clean plane, efficient cabin crew, very slick boarding."
Cons: "Nothing to make it stand out from the other providers(Flybe, Ryanair, easyJet) as all complimentary offerings have disappeared."
Cons: "Seats broken..no free deink"
Cons: "We were asked to check in our luggage as there was not sufficient space in the cabin which obviously delayed our plans of getting a train to other location from the airport after lading as we had to collect the bags etc"
Pros: "Plane left on time and arrived on time. Went up and came down again without any fuss. Cabin crew were efficient."
Cons: "Boarding took too long. Whilst I was travelling posh at the front of the aeroplane, why not fill it up from the back? I would be quite happy to be the last one on board."
Pros: "Polite considerate staff and more comfortable aircraft."
Cons: "Shame there are no free snacks or drinks on board anymore."
Pros: "Checked in online and very quick bag drop at MCO."
Cons: "Awful food both for dinner and breakfast. Choice of chicken curry or cheese and tomato pasta but had already run out of chicken by the time we were served. Menu doesn't seem to change from one year to the next.Bread bun like a rock, salad uninspiring. Breakfast equally disappointing with a dry bagel and a couple of breakfast bars."
Pros: "Considering all the delays and cancelled flights (due to fog and all London airports closing) this flight was good."
Pros: "Excellent staff"
Cons: "There is nothing to dislike about BA"
