Cons: "We arrived for our flight 1 hour before the flight. They told us we were late then forced us to check one of our carryons because it weighed over 8 KG. (not too big just weighed too much) and was not a problem carrying on other flight. 10 Euros. We arrived at the gate 30 minutes before take-off and they had not started boarding yet. We were then pulled out of the boarding line and told that we had to pay a late fee of 60 Euros each because we were late. 180 Euros! We had to go back to the cashier counter in the ticket terminal to pay and then again go through customs/passport and transit screening. We still made it back to the gate in time to board and leave by departure time. We then waited for passengers from another connecting flight to arrive and board so we then left about 30 minutes late. Then the air conditioning was broken to we fumed in 90 degree heat all the way to St. Petersburg."

Pros: "I’m 6’4 and had enough space, which was nice. Surprisingly tasty sandwiches served, as well water, juice, soda, tee and coffee- all included in the ticket price."

Cons: "They changed the time of the flight from 7:50 to 10:50 and then we didn’t end up departing until 11:15 so we arrived 3.5 hrs after I had initially planned."

From the hidden fees to the made up regulations where they try to charge 10-50 euros for CARRY ON BAGGAGE to the inefficient way in which they move you through the system to the 2.5 hr delay causing us to miss our connection because of "PERSONAL REASONS" according to our pilot (even though the plane landed on time and just sat on the tarmac)"

Cons: "COnnected from an international flight coming from philly. Due to customs we made it to our plane 30 Minutes before departure (8:52 for a 9:30 departure we were at the gate looking at our plane). Half the reason we were delayed is because not only did we have to pick up our bags and clear customs but we then had to recheck them, not a problem except for the fact that NO BODY WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER. So Frankfurt airport was gracious enough to let us back through customs with our checked bags (after collecting them in baggage claim). When we showed up they wouldn't let us on the plane and charged us 350 dollar rebooking fee to leave the next day at 3 pm. it only gets worse as no one helped us to rebook, we had to call a number then then had us write an email to the company. I am still beside my self on how terrible of an experience this was as we had to do all of this calling from the Frankfurt airport because no one would help us in person (using skype)."

Cons: "We paid full price for the flight, but we parked in Frankfurt at some very distant lot, no jetway, so far away from the terminal that there was only a cargo plane nearby. Even the budget airlines were parked closer. At these ticket prices, Air Moldova could park at the terminal and provide jetway disembarkation."

Cons: "They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience."

I had to get off the plane with all my belongings, go into the airport, through security and check back in only to board the exact same airplane to go to Moscow! The most complete waste of time and energy ever experienced! Complete rubbish as the Londoners would say. Almost missed the flight and it was delayed because of the 5-6 of us that were in the same predicament. Air Moldova, you guys need to change your ways."

Cons: "My flight to Frankfurt was late, which caused me to miss my connecting flight from Germany. Had to pay out of pocket for new ticket as Air Modova refused to rebook me or acknowledge that their filght was cause of missing my connection. Will fly in/out of Moldova with Lufthansa next time."

Pros: "Air Moldova staff did work out a series of other flights that got me to my needed destination after I called for a better solution than was offered."
Cons: "I did not like that the flight was cancelled on short notice and the initial rebooking I was given was for 15 hours after my scheduled flight (which caused a domino affect that would cost me an additional $150). I did get a different booking when I called and requested it, but it turned a 9-hour travel day into a 24-hour travel; I only did not lose money because ItaliaRail was flexible with me and my hotel in my final destination allowed me a very late check-in. I did not like that Air Moldova did not contact me - my online booking source notified me of the change, not Air Moldova."

Pros: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."
