My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.
I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks
Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.
Left late after one day delay. Even after we were called to board we stood in line for 30 minutes. Seemed disorganized.
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible
We left 3 hours late. Of 4 flights on my trip, 3 left at least 3 hours late and one flight was canceled
Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.
My flight was canceled and we had to beg for united to find us another way home - we were rerouted to Toronto but they never booked us on the final leg back to DC. We had to stay overnight in Toronto, we're now waiting for our flight home and just found out we're on standby and not guaranteed a seat. So yeah, not a great experience with united
Everyone on board was great. It was just super late and we missed our connection in Frankfurt, and had to power through jet lag while we waited 4 hours in the terminal. My family missed a big welcome dinner in Berlin.
Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.
Flight was late due to mechanical, had to spend night in hotel. Experience disembarking plane was poor, United did little for passengers except what they were required to do by law.

The crew assigned did not start on time due to delays on having a person call off sick and later having a person not wanting to stay on cancun. No screens and also no beverages provided delay for 2 h 15 min

Delayed 4 hours because of a “mechanical” issue on an earlier flight. Air Canada uses this excuse for many delays to avoid having to pay passengers late/delay fees. I am a 75k Aeroplan member and was the last one to be asked for my meal choice and by then, I was told my meal choice was no longer available. I asked why I was asked last and not early given my travel status and the flight attendant lied and said that only super elite members get first choice.
Went well. On time good loading food ok. Had to wait an hour for bags at pearson
I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.
The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.
The flight was delayed over four hours, then in Winnipeg it took another 40 minutes before the bags were available to us. I was grateful (especially as a 6'3" person) to be sitting in an exit row, but really that was the only positive from the flight. Our flight was delayed so that it left and arrived after the last flight of the day (even after itself being delayed) was finished. A one-2 hour delay is manageable and understandable. Over 4 hours of delay is trying, especially when it comes (as it did for us) at the end of a 3-leg international flight
My direct flight was canceled for no reason. It was rebooked with a Montreal which added 7 hours to the trip due to a delay in Montreal.
I couldn’t fault my experience in any way. The plane was clean, comfortable, plenty of legroom and the food was great. I will definitely fly air Canada again.
Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival
Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.
My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.
Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.
Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!
Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly
I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
No entertainment system, but it is a short flight so that is not a big deal.
What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏
The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.
Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.
One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.
