1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

Gate changed three times in twenty minutes leaving me running all over BCN. Also, the plane was scorching hot until close to takeoff. Could not pay for snacks with credit card. Seats don’t recline.

They did not have a space to add bags for the flight when booking. When we got to the airport, we had to pay an additional 40 pounds each for 4 bags to be taken on the plane, which was DOUBLE per bag than the seats cost ($20 each). When on the plane, I wanted a cup of water and they brought a bottle that cost 5 euros. This airline will nickel and dime you into oblivion.

Really nice friendly staff

I'm sorry but I resent being forced to buy water at 3 pounds a bottle. Either in the airport terminal after security, or on the plane. The tap water in airport bathroom washbasins is increasingly 'non drinkable'. Everyone knows you get super dehydrated on a plane, and dehydration carries a much higher risk of infection, and the aircraft's air system is a conveyer belt for bugs. Also it's time to ban disposable plastic water bottles (listen to excellent BBC radio show/ podcast The Inquiry). It's abuse of a physical monopoly with health consequences. Drinking fountains with drinkable tap water please. I'd even pay 20p a litre for a coin-operated one.

They did not have a space to add bags for the flight when booking. The flight was on time and the crew suggested alternate arrangements for me to sit since there were many seats empty. Food was cheap and worth the money.

The flight attendant dropped a coke can on my phone and smashed my phone screen. She wasn't even apologetic about it. In fact she had zero regard of what possibly happened to my phone and tablet screen which suffered the impact. Instead she gave the passenger next to me another coke can. My phone screen is now chipped due to somebody else's fault and the company won't take responsibility of it. This is very unprofessional behaviour

Less busier flight for a change. Speedy check in and disembarking. Courteous flight crew.

Marked down entertainment as there isn't any on a very short flight. Food marked down as very limited and expensive.

Really nice friendly staff

I'm sorry but I resent being forced to buy water at 3 pounds a bottle. Either in the airport terminal after security, or on the plane. The tap water in airport bathroom washbasins is increasingly 'non drinkable'. Everyone knows you get super dehydrated on a plane, and dehydration carries a much higher risk of infection, and the aircraft's air system is a conveyer belt for bugs. Also it's time to ban disposable plastic water bottles (listen to excellent BBC radio show/ podcast The Inquiry). It's abuse of a physical monopoly with health consequences. Drinking fountains with drinkable tap water please. I'd even pay 20p a litre for a coin-operated one.
