Pros: "They changed the flight dates and won’t refund my money, so I couldn’t take the flight I paid for."
Cons: "They changed the flight dates and won’t refund my money, so I couldn’t take the flight I paid for."
Pros: "Nothing , the flight was overbooked and they did very little to fix it"
Cons: "We were sent from terminal to terminal and we are now on a flight with Alitalia today"
Cons: "Their boarding process is a mess. Everyone hangs around the entry, they did not call my zones and they only gave the boarding directions in French."
Cons: "Have somewhere to sleep, polite people. People are rude and not helpful. Nobody care"
Pros: "Royal air Maroc is run by bandits. Travel with them at your own risk."
Cons: "See above."
Pros: "The crew seemed to get frustrated at times, not really personable, but not mean. Seats were comfortable, entertainment was good. Food was ok"
Pros: "on time which is most important"
Cons: "more modern planes"
Pros: "Luggage allowance, but wish it had been advertised! Didn’t know I could take 2x 23kg free"
Cons: "Clear info re luggage on booking confirmation"
Cons: "My screen was not working and when I asked the flight attendant. She said there is nothing they can do!! I told them I am paying $1300 for not having the screen working in my seat ! Then another guy came and told me that they are very sorry about it. Sorry doesn't help at all! It was the worst flight ever"
Cons: "Communication very bad. They kept changing the gates"
Cons: "This was my first and last time flying with Royal Air Maroc. The plane was cramped and filthy with the most uncomfortable seats I've ever encountered on a plane. The plane was kept at a very warm temperature, so I was sweaty for most of the flight (I'm usually very cold; it's rare that I find a space too warm). The crew gave me a hard time when I requested the vegetarian meal, claiming that they didn't have one (except they did, which they produced minutes later). I've never been on an international flight that didn't have a vegetarian option. THEN, we left JFK late, and I missed my connection to another Air Maroc flight by TWO minutes. They shut the gate and wouldn't reopen it. Multiple people needed to make this connection; any other airline would have held the plane for the entire five minutes necessary. In conclusion: terrible service and filthy, uncomfortable planes."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Didn’t even have an option to pick a seat even though I tried through various venues (when purchasing tickets, setting a preference after buying, when checking in, in the airport after checking in); completely disorganized airline with no communication or customer service. Would never recommend this airline to another person even if it is the cheapest option. Can’t trust the airline to get you to your destination as they claim"
Cons: "Food was poor and they served the same over and over again. Plane itself was not very clean. For a long flight, they waited a long time before serving any beverages"
Pros: "Tv in seat"
Cons: "Late and plane smelled Flight did not show up in flight tracker on their website"
Pros: "The flight attendants were nice"
Cons: "Boarding was completely disorganized with people boarding late and then allowing fully half of the passengers to board at one time, clogging the aisle and thereby making the process take even longer. Once all were settled it became a question of "where is...?" As passengers had checked in but not boarded. We sat at the gate an additional hour as boarding passes were checked, sky lounge was checked, etc."
Pros: "I had a flight booked and confirmed for 3/27/18 and upon arrival in Casablanca when I wanted to check into my flight I was told that there was no flight until 24 hours lasted. No help was provided and the customer representative was very rude and dismissive. I have a performance in Sierra Leone that I have missed and a lot of money spent."
Pros: "Overall the flights with Royal Air Maroc were mediocre. The crew was typically friendly but I’ve seen much more better customer service. The dinner options are decent but lunch is not even worth serving since it’s a 3 slice cheese sandwich."
Cons: "The airline employees at the Casablanca airport are super unhelpful and definitely not warm and friendly. It appears that they don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I wasted so much time running around the airport after being told to go to different areas just to talk to someone to resolve a ticket issue. The employees don’t hold any accountability and will pass the buck. The awful experience honestly tainted my view of Morocco as this was the first welcoming point into the country. I suggest that RAM retrain their staff to help customers get their questions answered and to treat them well since we are paying customers. Going forward I will be avoiding Royal Air Maroc."
Cons: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Pros: "Meal and service were excellent. transit was great too."
Cons: "I did not like the blugs to use for the mobile charger.they were std french type I wish you will make it universal."

Pros: "Row to myself."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for no reason and no communication. They run out fish after the first 15 rows, no choices other than meet , crew was rude and service was horrible. Bathrooms were dirty after few hours of flights"
Pros: "My seat was changed when my entertainment system wasn't working"
Cons: "The food wasn't good, breakfast was stale and dinner wasn't anything better"
Pros: "RAM, I checked in one bag, got to CMN, waited one hour to be told. Your suit case is not here. I had a suit, underwear, toilrtteries, my whole life was in that suit case and was planning an avent thatnight. I ended up buying some clothes last minute, making another trip all the way from Mohamedia to airport next day. They ruined my vacation !!!"
Pros: "That I arrived safely . The instant coffee."
Cons: "Disorganized, old planes, rude staff and no regard and consideration for economy class. Food was horrible too."
Cons: "male flight attendants are a surly and unfriendly, no entertainment choices - just a bunch of old cartoons playing on overhead TVs, this airline doesn't share frequent flyer miles with others - so a lack of choice"
Cons: "Why air companies choose to use their run down, dirty planes on use in Africa? The washbasin was so dirty/old that even to just wash my hands I thought twice before doing so. No food or just snacks were served. No entertainment. It is a pity that travelers in Africa are awarded such disregard!"
Cons: "no working reading light or entertainment at all. i asked and nothings happened."
Pros: "The landing was very smooth, polite crew and on time."
Cons: "The crew was too fast."
Pros: "Flight and crew were great"
Cons: "They lost my luggage and then to get it back? Zero customer service -I needed American Express to resolve the issue"
Pros: "Just good."
Pros: "Food, space, and service were great. I travel RAM often and the food from DC to Casa was the best yet (other routes have not been very good)."
Pros: "The staff was nice and it was on time departure."
Cons: "No inflight entertainment Horrible food"
Pros: "The transit service was very nice. The free hotel service was also very nice while in transit. Overall it was great first time experience as I was a bit hesitant to fly with RAM at first, but the flight went smooth."
Cons: "As I got to my destination, I including many others did not receive all their luggages, some didn't get any of their luggages until the next day. One of my luggages arrived on time, the other one came the next day but nothing was stolen. Thank God. That was the only CON"
Pros: "Should have followed the poor reviews. They took my carry on luggage and lost it. Got the runaround treatment when I call with wait times of 2 hrs. Then eventually when you get someone, they tell you it's your responsibility to go to the various airports and check for your luggage. My 1 month vacation was ruined as a result bc I lost some priceless items and my IT lab workbook which I needed crucially for some work. On my way back thru Morocco, I was told at the airport to go to their main office in down town casablanca. Then here in the US, getting told different things only to end uo with a 1800 number that no one picks up. Horrid customer service!"
Pros: "I didn't like anything with them anymore"
Cons: "Very poor to respond to customer issue"
Pros: "Staff were very friendly."
Cons: "No TV"
Cons: "This is the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on - the seats were stained. Dried food and drink spots were on the wall, back of the.seats and trays - flying on the plane made me feel physically ill. If at all possible, I will never fly this airline again."
Cons: "I did Not find any seat available for me so I have to wait 2 days till the next flight Cause me waisting money and time"
Cons: "Worst airline"
Cons: "1 hour late boarding, 20 min. Waiting outside in cold to get into the airplane and then 30 min. Circling around the city before landing"
Pros: "Crew was very nice!"
Cons: "Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage."
Pros: "Ryan sir is the worst airlines I traveled with we cant check in via their website. Third website never work for many people on July 31 for check in . They say $10 for small check in bagged but 25 $ for each at airport . We tried hard to check in online but can’t able to add the bagge online . Worst"
Cons: "Too claustrophobic, stood in the rain and wind on the tarmac due to loading delay. Not for me, first and last time with Ryan."
Pros: "I like the aircraft"
Cons: "The change inside the plane. My seats was changed several times."
Cons: "Plane was late as most Ryanair flights in the afternoon are expected to be."
Cons: "Over 2 hour delay, and they lost my checked bag."
Pros: "The staff was good and attentive even under difficult circumstances."
Cons: "I took two flights today. Both were late. Ryanair also lost my baggage."
Pros: "It is a cheap flight. I don’t espect first class. The ride was smooth, the flight was cheap, the cabin crew were friendly and it wasn’t horrendously dirty."
Cons: "I had to print the boarding pass on my own, cannot get it at the airport. Also the fact that they delay in telling you where the gate is and then it is a 10 minutes stride to get there."
Cons: "We had to wait 2 hours on board + 1 hour 40mn in the airport !"
Cons: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."
Pros: "The staff is rude."
Cons: "Never heard of having to keep windowns open the entire flight."
Cons: "Incredibly disorganized queue, 'Priority boarding' was ignored for everyone who purchased, then a nearly 2hr delay in a hot airplane."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and even the crew seemed to be getting no information about it. Ryanair did nothing to compensate their passengers for a 2 hour delay."
Pros: "Staffs are very helpful."
Cons: "Should get some drink at least some water."
Cons: "A small delay but not the airline’s fault"
Pros: "The plane started, landed and took me where I wanted to go. That's the good news."
Cons: "The pricing structure is highly opaque and they nickel and dime you in every possible way. If you don't print out your boarding card, if you don't check in online… you can't make it up they charge you when you have a hiccup. It's disgraceful and shameless. You discover these extra fees along the way because they don't mention this up front and in bold letters—for a good reason."
Cons: "Horrible boarding. Horrible seats. Garbage sandwiches for a fee. Zero entertainment. Not even a seat pocket. Toilet was disgusting, no wipers. Hyper stressed. Glad it's over, baby! Never ever, again."
Pros: "Cheap cheap cheap!"
Cons: "I find it incredibly ridiculous that a flight is half full and I’m deliberately seated away from my husband just so Ryan Air can make an extra £4 per seat. I get that they want to make money but that’s pushing it too far. I sat next to someone who was also traveling with someone else. That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."
Pros: "The crew and the pilots were very nice!!"
Cons: "The sitting politics, and the selling system."
Pros: "All is well"
Cons: "More destination"
Pros: "The pilot was friendly."
Cons: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."
Pros: "Cheapest way"
Cons: "Now must pay extra to sit together a new low Baggage costs as much as another fare All flights were at least an hour late Boarding doors kept open on freezing cold Stansted tarmac creating a wind tunnel inside with no heat turned on. Poor flight attendants in short skirts and panty house working in these conditions is outrageous!"
Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"
Pros: "Good legroom"
Cons: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Not all food was available and toilet flushing was not working"
Pros: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."
Pros: "Fare was reasonable."
Cons: "Boarding process was slow and tedious. Asked for boarding pass by gate agent and flight attendant. Created unnecessary delay getting everyone seated."
Pros: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
Pros: "The steward was friendly."
Cons: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
Cons: "Everything. Poor customer service. Fees galore. Fees for picking a seat, 30 euro to print a boarding pass? are you kidding me? over 90 euro to check two bags, seriously?! This airline is a joke and I will never use it again."
Pros: "Cheap fares and the flight was punctual."
Cons: "The flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were terribly cramped and did not even recline. The food and drink options were poor."
Pros: "Nothing. Utterly horrible experience."
Cons: "I checked in two days in advance, had to pay for the check-in and baggage fee. There was no link sent to me to print out my boarding pass When we got to Stansted, there were no working kiosks. We went to the check-in desk, where apparently many people were having the same problem we were. My wife and I were told by a very rude Ryanair employee we hadn't checked in. I showed the woman my email receipt and she refused to honor it. We are challenging the charge on our credit card. She lectured us on showing up to the airport two hours in advance. We told her we had, but had been in line for 50 minutes. My wife paid 50 pounds each to check us in, even then the security set up was... labyrinthine. And mind you, I say that knowing full well how long an airport security line can be. When we got to the point where we were supposed to hand our boarding passes over to be scanned and verified, mine wouldn't work. I waited there while the security officer called the desk we'd just come from to verify I was allowed to fly. Mind you, we were being told the gate was about to close, so time was precious. After getting through that and security, we encountered another problem. If you don't know, Stansted airport is actually a mall with an airport somewhere inside. We ran through a long, snaking corridor of shops, following signs saying "all gates." It was an absurdly long run. I don't think I've seen any other airport laid out so poorly, most have shops mixed in with gates, but not Stansted. The gates are all at the end of this silly commercial strip. But not really, you see... when we got to the end, there were no gates, but trams to another terminal. We boarded the tram, got to our terminal and ran even faster to make our flight. Luckily, Ryanair is so disgustingly disorganized that the flight was delayed. Amazingly that which caused us so much stress ended up saving us. I will never fly on this pathetic, god-forsaken airline again. It is a scam designed to filch people who are in a desperate position out of money. Also, I would advise anyone to stay away from Stansted airport. Seriously, I've flown extensively in the Americas and have encountered some pretty chaotic facilities, but Stansted was utterly soviet in its disorganization. I'd rather wait for a bus at New York City's Port Authority bus station, navigating vomiting hobos, than deal with Ryanair, or Stansted airport, ever again."
Cons: "They double-charged me for a minor mistake when I changed my flight. Although I immediately corrected my error they charged me an additional $110. Outrageous!"
Pros: "it was on time mostly, affordable, and allowed two carry on bags."
Cons: "the forced printing of my boarding pass which I didnt have overseas and couldn't use the app forcing my friend to print it out at work."
Cons: "They never gave me a gate number and we ended up going to the wrong gate and missing our flight... We even asked for one and said it was our responsibility... Also we were charged 90 dollars for not registering online 2 days in advanced"
Cons: "The whole experience. Everyone we interacted with was just not nice or appreciative."
Pros: "The flight was short."
Cons: "This is our long awaited honeymoon. We have traveled and checked in to over 8 flights on this trip all across Europe. But with Ryan air, for some reason, I checked in for the flight but it did not accept on RyanAir side for some reason. I knew I would need to pay for excess luggage (not a surprise. I was expecting it) but then I paid to get up front seats with priority boarding. I had to enter in all the passport info, select seats and pay immediately.(figuring this is checking in, since it was all in the checking in section of he website) So all together a flight was originally $100, turned into a flight that cost me well over $300. Then at the airport, they told me I never checked in. I was charged £90 just to check in!!! Then on top of it I had the counter clerk call me a "bloody wanker" and asking if I have" ever checked into a flight before". He continued to berate me and insult my intelligence. When I asked to see a manager because at this point in only had 20 minutes to get to the boarding gate, he threw a fit and said I need to move out of the way or else he will not even check if the manager is available. The manager and the second clerk who helped is were very nice about things. Surprise fees and not even a small amount of compassion for 2 people who are on their honeymoon, insults, and paying more to go from London to Dublin than to go from Dublin to Manila (the next stop) is absurd!!! I will never fly RyanAir again and will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know will fly with them. Miserable."
Cons: "This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever used. They upcharge you for anything they can. Our flight went from cheap to expensive as hell really quickly. Extremely unorganized with awful pricing models. You would think in modern times that airlines like this would adopt new business paradigms. Their website was awful and out of date, they charge for seat selection, they charged an extra $65 per ticket for not checking in 2 hours before, check in bags were expensive and in airport services were crowded and extremely unorganized. If you can fly a different airline besides Ryanair I would suggest doing it. I would rather take a boat to my destination."
Cons: "They closed online check in 2 hours before departure. You can only check in at counter with 45 pounds fee!"
Pros: "More legroom than the major airlines give, comfortable seats, good price."
Cons: "The boarding process was confusing, a little chaotic, very little info given to passengers, none about why we were waiting."
Pros: "We were delayed 3.5 hours. Nearly two hours of that was spent on the runway with the motors turned off, in a completely full plane in the middle of summer. It was one of the most uncomfortable travel experiences I have ever had."
Cons: "Ryanair goal is for you to do something wrong so they can charge you. They make you wait in line at front check in so you can do a passport check if you are from the US. Other discount EU airlines like EasyJet just do it at the gate. They schedule their flights so they are all leaving at the same time so security turns into a zoo (but afterward there is no one at security and then again turns into zoo for next Ryan Air flight bundle). Even when you get to the airport over 2 hours ahead of time and havevno checked bags they charge you 100 pounds ($145) each person if you miss your flight. Plus they will not book you on the next flight at the customer service gates. They make you leave security to book next flight so they have a change to do it all over again. There is no leg room where just few Easy Jet and there was. I have only used two EU discount airlines but I have used many discount count airlines in the United States, Southeast Asia and Central America and I can easily say Ryanair was the worst airlines I have used."
Cons: "Extra charge to print boarding passes, costs of luggage. Flight was delayed."
Pros: "Fast and cheap. Clean."
Cons: "Seats too small."
Cons: "When we arrived at eh queue for boarding the line was a bit serpentine since no staff was there to keep straight. This was okay until another group came into the area and then it was a disaster. i went to the desk to seek help and was abruptly told don't worry it will be sorted out. Never was and as a result people who had arrived early then ended up back in the lien and were forced to check carry on luggage. Ryan needs to set up a person at the entry lines as there are up to 7 flights that could be queuing at the same time . Not good"
Pros: "Flight was on time and flight crew was nice."
Cons: "This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with. The check in process is ridiculous. If you don't check yourself in online its £45 and if you don't print your own boarding passes its £15 per person. After 5 attempts of putting in all the information repeatedly, I finally got us checked in but could not get the passes to print. Unfortunately, Stanstead doesn't accept mobile passes so I got to pay the £30 fee. Then they claimed I never booked a bag so another £45 fee. And then the same bag that I checked in Scotland via Ryanair was suddenly too big/heavy so it got an oversize charge. i ended up paying more for baggage and boarding passes than I did for four tickets!! The "customer service" reps we dealt with were rude and really seemed to hate their jobs. The flight crew was nice though. Overall, I'd never ever suggest this airline to anyone who doesn't have more money than brains."
Pros: "The plane crew was actually very nice and did their best to help passengers and provide a good environment."
Cons: "Anything from charging the flight to a credit card to checking bags at the airport without declaring them online, to checking in and printing boarding passes at the airport costs money, and often it's an exhorbitant fee. Make sure you are 100% clear on their fees and terms & conditions."
