I had an Indian inspired chicken dish. It was the first time I have ever enjoyed airplane food. Nicely done.

I was lucky and got an emergency isle row. Even so, I am not a big person. I'm a 25 year old athlete. And I find the seats are getting tight. My shoulders are right at the edge. This isn't a condemnation of British Airways specifically, more a criticism of all airlines. This sardine style seating is a trend I'd like to roll back or at least halt.

Food and drink ok

I've had more comfortable seats on a C-17 cargo plane! Crew delivered meals, passed thru once with water then disappeared for 4 hours til breakfast.

When I traveled Lax to Denmark via London on July.13. At that time from London to Copenhagen crews only sale the food and drinks. My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers.

Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you.

The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on.

The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier

Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault).

No complaints at all.

Flight was on time

Since we have an AAdvantage CitiCard and are AAdvantage members, it is disconcerting to have to claim your privilege of 1 free bag and priority boarding each time. This is embarrassing at the gate especially since it looks like we are cutting the line. What good is this "privilege" if you have to assert it every time or hold a credit card in hand with your carryon and boarding pass. This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience.

Aisle/window seating!

My entertainment unit did not work. I was graciously offered an iPad, but declined, however, the picture quality at my son's seat was also iffy. Both my long-haul flights had poor signage for toilets.

first time I flew VirginAtlantic. Heard so many good things about it. It fact even our Uber driver was praising the airline on our way to the airport. But once onboard: - poor food (I mean 'survival kit' style) - entertainment station was not working - games feel like 20 years old - design (heavy red) now looks dated and suffocating - hostesses are more focused on their hairstyle than their customers

Back to Air France next time!
