More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Nothing! The service was excellent for accessibly challenged passengers, Used lift and all support personnel very helpful. Will fly again.

Speedy boarding is a waste of money when they herd you on to a bus and take you to the plane and it turns in to a free for all …very unsatisfactory

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.

Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.

Would have liked the plane to leave on time so I didn’t miss connection upon arrival. Some pathetic excuse as to late departure bought about by easyJet incompetence

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

Easy process and good flight experience The food good be better

On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.

Enjoyed our flight with Ryanair to Arrecife. Flight boarded pretty much on time, crew were welcoming and very good. Generally good for a frequent low cost flight, Seats could however have been more comfortable.

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth

There was nothing to like besides the crew. The comfort of the airplane was poor (seat did not work properly and it was not comfortable). The “entertainment” system did not work! On a flight that last nearly eight hours, (which is advertised as having excellent entertainment options), that is unacceptable! Passengers should have been given free WiFi for the flight. The food served on the flight was below school lunch grade food. (With one exception, the ice cream snack). The chicken entree was tough and nearly impossible to cut and eat. The “pizza” served later in the flight was worse. The chicken pizza had a dry crust and the “toppings” were equally not enjoyable. The amount of chicken and cheese were almost non existent. Overall not a flight we would want to repeat!!

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.

The crew on this flight were excellent. They were friendly and attentive. It really made the flight more enjoyable.

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.

International flight from CCU to MIA . paid 1235 dollars at this low season. NO CHECK IN BAGGGAE ALLOWED ?????????????? NOT EVEN ONE?????????? Never ever I will even thing about buying tickets and flying with them again. Just A BIG NO

The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.

No luggage at end of flight… no coffee with soggy breakfast flatbread (I think) for breakfast! Stewardess did not seem to care, asked her to take remainder of evening meal trash… she never came back for it. Awkward when trying to get up in confined space and have to get around tray that is down!

Whoever did the study on the layover times in Heathrow did not take into acorns the amount of time it would take to get through security at peak times. We almost missed our flight both ways through Heathrow. Also the signage is good but not very clear.
