boarding was easy and the 737 Max was comfortable and roomy but that was the only good.. there was a child screaming at the top of his lungs for the entire loading, taxiing and part of the flight and no one in the crew said anything or offered any assistance.

Ground crew was great in Austin, flight crew left a lot to be desired. Not particularly friendly, helpful or nice.

Attentive crew. Best of all was the empty seat between me and my rowmate.

Quick easy boarding. Airport was unprepared for early landing and we were waiting in the plane for 20 minutes before getting a gate.

Both flights were delayed. We sat on the tarmac on Boise for 3 hours with little updates

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

The pretzels are awesome. The free movies are excellent. The plane crew was amazing. The Austin airport lounge was too small and overcrowded. There were not enough seats. And the boarding staff was not as friendly.

The flight was diverted and departed from San Jose instead of San Francisco. This could’ve been executed more smoothly because after arriving in San Jose it seemed like nothing was being processed correctly as needed for the gate agents to do their jobs well and the flight to leave on time

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.

Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

In flight wifi that I paid for was very slow and at times didn't work at all.

Flight delayed at the last moment Hill next day and havé to drag at Hotel at our cost and bec day was again delayed 4 Times because no crée and no pilot

Food made me sick. There were delays on almost every flight.

Free ear adapters for movie screen and a snack with a beverage.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

I don’t know if there were any snacks served on the 5 hour flight. I might have been napping when the attendants came around. But I usually wake up when they do.

The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.

Check in was unnecessarily slow. Not enough agents and the 3 there were working in so- mo. Terrible.

Lost bag on an hour and a half flight with no connections - ridiculous!

Boarding was as fast and efficient as possible. The flight crew were amazing and extremely friendly. We enjoyed our flight.

There was a problem in the luggage because there were not porters

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

Some how I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass Food was horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided

Terrible. Missed my flight to final destination because of delayed British Airways flight. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and $1500 for new plane tickets

Crew and boarding fine. Flight delayed, then delayed again after boarding.
