Staff was very friendly. There is no on board entertainment, but it’s such a short flight that it doesn’t matter. We also got a meal which was nice and unexpected due to the length of the flight.

Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much

Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.

The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.

Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

An excellent airline; polite and courteous cabin crew, excellent meal and drink service. Highly recommended.

We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.

should remind people who cough must wear the mask. A few persons surrounding keep coughing.

The flight delay... but bus from the airport be on time

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.

Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.

They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline

Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!

So far I have liked bamboo airways more than Viet jet and Vietnam airlines. I like all the but bamboo is best to me.

Plenty of crew that all worked hard to deliver an exceptional service. Plentiful supply of food and beverages.

Professional, courteous, punctual service. In particular, staff was quite observant and assisted my mother with wheel-chair even though we forgot to even mention about the same.

Very good airline, everything easy, check in etc, good service and leaves on time.

Paid for seats near the window but given seats right at the back, near the toilets. This location was so noisy with the blasts from the aircraft engines blowing beside. Not a nice one 😞.

Flight was delayed 2 hours, which seems regular with this airline. Aircrew were avarage, friendly but robotic. At check in I asked for a spare seat. Got some stupid response about loading capacity (it was 85% full!) Then passengers behind jumped up and moved to vacant exit rows, they obviously didn't pay for. Waited over 20+ minutes to disembark, with ground staff trying to squash all passengers onto 1 bus. Causing even more delays. Unsafe and stupid! But this is a problem at Saigon airport. Overall a very average experience!

In experience we didn't even get water unless it was paid for. Even Bamboo Airlines provided free water. The flight was cold with no blanket being provided. The flight attendants were not responsive in keeping the passengers under control. I complained about fellow passengers playing loud music several times before one of the flight attendants to action. I will not recommend flying with Vietjet unless things improve.

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Not even free water. NO legroom. Narrow seats. Not enough room to even hold a book at reading distance in front of you.

No food? No movies? No water?? On an international flight, really???

No water or snacks. Crew did not give us arrival cards. There was no need for more than 1 flight attendant as they did not do anything

Some chair in the flight should be maintained, but I think they may not have time to check every seats, since it is high demand in this period.

Our experience was the worst. Over 2 days flight was changed and delayed 4 times. Not impressed
