British Airways changed flight times after booking, allowing very little time between connections. We had to rush to barely make the next flight. They also ran out of certain vegetarian options during our 10-hour flight. Crew was fine, but overall a very unpleasant experience.

Being a platinum member and having reserved an exit row I was bumped into a middle seat which should not be allowed. On top we landed 10 minutes early to wait 45 minutes on the tarmac at Heathrow. I used to love Iberia, loving it less and less
They lost my luggage, and bring it to me after 3 days. Not happy because I spent one hour to claim my luggage. After a long trip , to spend more time with claim luggage is not fair
Terrible. Boarding was a mess. We were assigned middle seats and separate just to induce us to pay for better seats. Cabin luggage was checked in while space remained on the overboard lockers. I think they don't really care about the customer.
Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean

Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.
I had an 11.5 layover and the flight was delayed to 12 hours. I visited Turkish Air to see if it was possible to receive a voucher for a hotel or even shower, nothing. I cried. My son and I are traveling alone and I felt the airline should have shown some sympathy, at least to shower. I cannot sleep during flights and felt like I would pass out anytime. It was a very real problem. Next time I will fly with an airline that shows more sympathy towards their passengers.
Food is very bad! They didn’t put me and my family sitting all together. The airlines want to charge for everything such as seat, boarding priority and etc but they have to pay attention on what they are providing in exchange!
The incoming flight was delayed and that trigger the luggage to miss this flight. We got the luggage 6 days after arrival.
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.
When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!
Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great
Affordable and plenty of leg room. Left seat assignment up to airline for the benefit of reduction in cost. They split my family of four up into different rows, leaving a minor on her own. Grateful for cabin staff asking someone to move to allow daughter to sit with my wife.
Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.
Everything was OK but I got the feeling that the aisle seat in row 3 is smaller than the other 2 seats
The system of checkin by online only not good at all.. Because not everyone knows how to to do it and when the people go the airport without checking online it charge him, this really unfair 55 Euro this too much for nothing.. Thanks
On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT
