You cancelled my flight by email then made it very difficult to get in contact with you. Then put me in a flight with a long layover in Mexico returning to the wrong airport in uk. Mind blowing my stressful. I missed see my grand dad because of you.

Both flights were delayed. One by an hour and the other by 1 1/2 hours after boarding.

1st flight was delayed because of broken radio, missed connection but they got us on very next plane 1 hr later. Return flights were both delayed by 1 hr each. Crews were fine. Planes ok, but had to check carry ons.

For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.

The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.

Flight was delayed an hour. The pilot said we could deplane but that we wouldn’t be able to get back on. Luckily, my layover in ORD was 2 hours and it didn’t affect my connection. But a lot of people missed their connection and a handful of people elected to get off the plane. There were a lot of upset people and the American crew didn’t seem very sympathetic or accommodating.

We left our child’s tablet on our seat 12 B on the plane and we can’t get a hold of anyone to try to get help locating the tablet.

They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!

Booked with Iberia but flight was with Level. This switch of airlines was not published anyware and I was not made aware. Service was horrible, attendants were rude and nowhere to be found. Interior of plane was disgusting and dirty, trash on the floor, bathrooms were dirty (probably because flight attendants were not collecting trash from passengers). I have never encountered this on any other flight or airline. A public bus or metro in Los Angeles is 10 times cleaner. Had I known this was not an Iberia flight I would not have booked this tickets.

Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Good food, prompt and timely flight, good on-board personnel

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

I wish the flight attendant was a little bit kinder

Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

Good crew and good flight but could have run on time They were waiting to collect people from connections

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

A better organized line of passengers at the boarding gate. Quite disorganized, with multiple queues of economy class passengers

It was a short haul trip, so food and entertainment weren’t a big issue

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.
