Horrible. Grateful to be alive but spent 13 hours at airport only to return back to my familys house and flight changed to next day. They tried to fix a part on plane, had no back up plane and after 10 hours , reattempted the flight and it STILL wasn't fixed. We got a meal voucher and rescheduled flight but there should be some other compensation for the 15 hours spent in airport

Everything was Okay. I was disappointed our luggage didn’t arrive with us and came in a flight 7 hours later. Representative said the will be delivered to the hotel. They have not arrived 24 hours later

We splurged and decided to fly first class. Seats were roomy. But flight crew arrived late to the airport. That delayed our flight. Most of the passengers had to try to make connections flights. I felt bad for them. We checked 4 bags. We got three from the baggage claim carousel. 4th one was lost. Delta online help wasn’t good. Baggage claim staff were sympathetic and nice but we waited around for almost 2 hours and it had t been found. They did find it several hours later and we had to drive back to airport to retrieve it. I won’t be splurging on 1st. Lass again anytime soon. I think we got worse service. I am also not a huge fan of delta but we have family in ATL so we don’t have a ton of choice. What should have been an easy flight turned into a stressful event due to flight crew tardiness and baggage mishandling.

It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.

Flight was delayed, missed connectingnflight to DC. Put me on flight to Baltimore, had to rent a car for $200. Plane was old, wall peeling around window. Flight was packed, every seat full on small plane. I spent 14 hrs on Friday in airports and missed my planned weekend event.

Don't need the male flight attended lecturing. The whole plane on how to act when there was no problems.Other than that everything was great

We were told our second flight was canceled, but it was not. We did not receive our bags for two days. I did not have my meds, so I was very sick for the first three days. Our house rental was $5700 for the week. Do the math. It will be difficult for us to fly Delta again.

We requested wheelchair assistance at ATL. This request was booked in advance of travel, we have requested this service before. We have had issues with accommodations for accessibility in the past, but this was beyond not having a chair on the ramp. We arrived in ATL international gates and had to search for a wheelchair for 40 mins. There were no delta or airport employees available to help. No service phones, nothing. With the help of another passenger I was able to get my elderly mother from the plane to the gate seating bench. She was able to wait there while I searched for a wheel chair.

Flights were terribly delayed. I was at At,anta Airport for over 4 hours waiting for my connection.

The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.

Had the comfy front seats. Flight was good . Flight attendants where loud and laughing for over a half hour . I mean loud. They sounded like the were at a bar , talking about guys, hair , and skin products. There was no food or entertainment on the plane . Brought my own

Spirit failed me in all respects and was blunt about it Left me stranded for 2 days I had to purchase another very expensive ticket

They charge you for everything. Even water. They accepted my dog as a service dog in my reservation. Then they asked for a DOT form that was impossible to provide. I had to pay $175 for my service to fly with me, that would protect me from death if I ate peanuts. They did not however, serve peanuts on the plane.

Arrived 3 hours early and never made it past baggage drop

The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.

I paid for WiFi, but it (WiFi) was very very slow, will never take again! Impossible open Utube 😤😤😤

No frills, limited comfort, no food, no entertainment, but fine

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Frontier is definitely a good option for people traveling light or on a budget - just remember to bring your own entertainment and your own headphones if you need them.

The seats were dirty with crumbs and trash , looked it had not been cleaned up from a previous flight

Nothing about the flight was good. The crew was rude and unwilling to assist would never recommend this airline to anyone and for sure will not fly it again

The plane was very clean, the flight attendants were chipper and accommodating. It was roomy

There was extremely long wait times to check in my bags and pass through TSA. I almost missed my flights on several occasions.

I didn’t have enough time to catch my connecting flight and had to use a different Airline. I will be requesting a refund.

There were a lot of issues at the gate in Atlanta — which caused delays in boarding and getting to our destination. The aircraft and crew were excellent.

It was fine. The flight was delayed for 3 hours. I had things scheduled in Detroit, and I let a lot of people down by not being there on time.

First time experience and though you'll pay for *everything* meaning bags, water/snacks, even a question with a service agent - - all in all, not a bad experience whatsoever.

Long lines, rude staff, everything that's offered you have to pay for.
