Car was fine. Everything else was a challenge. Took waaaaay too long to get through their process. Killed half a day by the time we went to two different rental locations and got our car. Then my rental was shortened. Got the car finally at 4 pm but had to return by noon the following day. Never again!!!

Easirent did not post their hours. When we arrived at the airport the only thing we could do was rent from another car company. They closed at 6pm and our plane landed at 6:05. Instructions were unclear and hopefully I am not charged as I will dispute the charges since no services were rendered.

The representative at the car rental desk gave us wrong information. She told us that the price we paid at the counter included the price of the rental car. However, when I later reviewed the bill, I discovered that the price we paid at the counter was for an insurance package only, and that we were ALSO charged separately for the rental. This doubled the price, making it a disastrous purchase. I feel I was cheated into something I did not agree to.

I picked the wrong time based on incorrect recollection of when we were supposed to land, but it was required to wait until that time (two hours later) to pick up my rental. There was no previous walk around and I discovered a couple of rock strikes after I drove out of the facility. Fortunately they were rather small and there was no charge for them, but I was worried about it. Otherwise, the car I ended up with (Dodge Durango), which was not the one I reserved (Toyota Corolla), was quite satisfactory and even got respectable mileage (over 25 mpg). So I was pleased. There was a little difference in the ride, however, as the Durango is built on a truck chassis and it is a bit stiffer than a sedan.

A representative never showed up at the airport to meet me, they never tried to contact me to say there was an issue, and the phone number given never worked. I called 24 times throughout the day. I ended up renting from Europcar at the counter for three times the price. I think it's a SCAM. I was in Vienna.

I couldn’t find the location and no shuttle to the location of the car. The website description makes it seem as though it’s the airport area. It is not. Tried to call the facility but no answer. Ended up getting a rental from hertz which provides transportation to car rental area. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDER.

There was nobody at the office. And they refused to refund me after not having a car.

We had to call from the airport twice to get a pickup to the rental location which was 10 minute ride . Once there we found out that they did not recognize our insurance and I had to pay $260 for insurance . This now made my rental car more expensive than what was at the airports . Drop off went smooth , but we were dropped off at the rental location other than airport drop off for the airport .

Very bad. We paid by card $14 for two days, but when we went to get the car they ask us to pay 7 times this price plus $150 as a deposit. Why not to tell us the truth from the beginning, so we know the exact price. I am asking for paying me back the $14.

Car was very comfortable, clean , more than enough power, pick up was sooo easy, drop off a little disappointing as there were no persons on the counter and we really wanted to know about the deposit return. In the end we had to drop the key and run for our boarding, but was sorted very easy next day by phone call.

Speedy pick up from airport when I called, friendly and helpful staff, pick up process easy and car warmed and waiting for me when I arrived on a very cold night . Would highly recommend this company.

There was an extremely long line and it took us over two hours to pick up the car. Used electric car with a terrible app to find charging stations. Got lucky to turn the car in with miles left.

Drivalia offers cars with letter "e" in description. You don't know-it is full electric. To me it is economy. In Italy the infrastructure for electric cars is poor. Also,Drivalia uses Chinese MG small suv hybrid. This is really weird hybrid you don't want to drive. Eats lot of gas and you have to change this hybrid like full electric car. Milano int. Airport does not have good signs to get to rent garage to drop your car.

Picked up the car and it was filthy. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned since being used before. Key intermittently stopped working and were locked out of the car, when trying to open it manually, car alarm would repeatedly go off. Car was not maintained well.

We liked the good value for money, and the car itself was just what we wanted and had no issues. It was not completely clean though when we received it, nor did it come full of fuel- under half a tank. The pick up and collection from the car park was fine and very quick. It was the wait time at the drivalia desk to sign the contract and pay the deposit which took too long. We joined the queue at 10:30am and we’re not at the front until 12:00pm. We were not in a rush but other customers were as they had plans or connections to make.
